I cannot believe I have been bamboozled by Ugg.
I purchased a pair of uggs 2 days ago. I recieved notification that it would be delivered today.
When I went to the website it stated that it was collected. This could not be possible without any I.D and I understood that it will be delivered to my home address.
Then I decided to track my parcel via DPD only to read that my parcel was on its way back to Ugg. Which and that an attempt was made to deliver it without success. How can they blatantly lie. It is disgusting.
I proceeded to go on chat and the AI was not helpful at all.
For company that is supposed to be reputable what on earth is going here?

Really good price & brought two pairs of not my preferred style choice or colour way. Even though mini classic is a lady's size Ten,fits a man's foot comfortably.(size9.5) & captrail hi is very light, appears to be reasonably showerproof.Gloves are a very welcome addition & feel nice fit well, I'm a medium imo & purchased large,so glad I did
I love Uggs, I bought my first pair of the Tasman slippers and they are a lot tighter than all my others. Go up a size! By the time you wear them to let them “stretch” to your foot, it’s too late to return them.
Absolutely awful service.
I ordered 2 pairs of Uggs and attempted to return one pair on 03/01/26 using a Yeep locker — a service Ugg are perfectly happy to approve and promote when it suits them.
Fast forward to now and my parcel is still sitting in the locker.
Ugg are refusing to refund me, Yeep are impossible to contact (zero replies), and DPD are claiming the tracking “isn’t live” despite the fact I scanned the parcel into the locker like I was supposed to.
So I’m now £115 down, with no shoes and no refund, and everyone involved is shrugging their shoulders.
Honestly disgusting. If you value your money, don’t risk it — because the second something goes wrong, nobody takes responsibility.

I ordered shoes online in November and the experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. An exchange took over a month to process, forcing me to place a second order just to receive the item before 23 December.
I returned the original pair on 5 January as an online order, and as of 11 February I am still waiting for my refund. Despite sending multiple emails, I only receive repeated excuses about staff shortages. That is not the customer’s responsibility.
This is by far the worst online service experience I’ve had. Delayed exchanges, slow returns, and endless waiting for a refund are unacceptable. I will not purchase from the official website again.
Am update: Nearly two months after confirming they would proceed with the return, I received an email from an employee asking for the tracking number used to send the item back. This is highly unprofessional, as the return label and tracking details were originally provided by them, and receipt of the item was already confirmed about a month ago. It is concerning that the case now appears untraceable on their side. I will therefore be contacting local consumer protection authorities to address this matter.

I purchased 2 pair of shoes for my daughters for Christmas early Dec. Dec 26, 2025 I started an exchange because they didn't fit. Jan 13 I hadn't heard anything, I checked UPS receipt, UGG received the shoes on 12/30/25. I called and was told they did receive them but they have to be put in manually and then the exchange would happen. Here we are on 2/9/26, I just called again. Again they are saying it has to be done manually to process exchange and I should get notice in 3 to 5 days if they have the items. Of course they don't, it was nearly 2 month ago and the items were on sale. I tried to get my kids some UGGS on sale, as that is what I could afford and because of poor customer service, that won't happen. What if I hadn't followed up? They would have just kept my money. Their process and customer service is horrible. Almost 2 months, no product, no exchange, no refund...NO HELP!!!

I've returned a pair of shoes on the 24th of January. They did arrive on 29th of January. I did not receive any email, any confirmation and of course no money back. When trying to speak with someone I only receive AI replies saying "you will be contacted in 3-5 working days". No communication ever happened though. I'm very disappointed and would probably switch to paypal to get my reimbursment if no one will answer here..

I've had an awful experience with customer services. I returned an item to UGG but they did not receive it. I had a record of postage and phoned Royal Mail and was informed that the item was never picked up from the post office and that they would refund me as it was deemed lost and they were liable. However, as UGG paid the postage I needed to give UGG a reference code and they would need to make the claim and pass the refund onto me. UGG is refusing to process the claim on the basis that it was not picked up from the post office, even though Royal Mail has agreed to refund me. It has been an awful experience. Customer experience is extremely slow and no one is helping me. I won't shop with UGG again.

Ordered a pair of platform Tamsans and they are stunning! Great quality and super comfy. I opted for the standard delivery and they came next day.
The quality was awful for the price I am refunding i payed 94 pounds fpr uggs with a black blob on it. Will not be purchasing from ugg website again

I buy these shoes and clothes in various European countries and have never had such a terrible experience as with the US branch. It's awful!!! I returned some items that didn't fit, and they haven't returned my money for a month now!! They promise to return it every day and keep giving me excuses every day without any valid reason! Be careful with them - they are scammers, trying to avoid returning your money by any means necessary.
