I had a problem with my product

I had a problem with my product, the customer service team were fantastic in their responses. Hence why I will always purchase from Ugg. I was upset and it was rectified with a replacement item very quickly: delivery was informative and I’m over the moon to be wearing my product again so soon- thank you!

I love my UGGS

I love my UGGS, every pair I have are very comfortable and this last pair I purchased, I had to talk to customer service to get an issue resolved. They fixed it very fast and professionally. I really appreciate how they handled my issue and will continue to be a customer.

I've bought 3 pairs at Vitkac

I've bought 3 pairs at Vitkac, Warsaw, Poland
But 1 pair was not ok by size

I changed to another but it also not good.

Right now seller don't want to make another change and don't want to make money back.
It's terrible. After that I don't want to but any UGG's because it has wrong sizes and bad service with sellers

I got reply from Ugg saying the boots I…

I got reply from Ugg saying the boots I bought it is not water proof. I got that but the boot got wet from bottom part, it like I was wearing like a cartoon shoe. I’m demanding a full refund of my money back.

No refund at all after 2 weeks

Hello,
You received my returned goods on January 21st, 2026, according to the delivery confirmation.
Under EU and German consumer law, the statutory 14-day refund period has expired.
The refund amount of 307.98 euros has not been paid.
I hereby give you final notice that the full refund of 307.98 euros must be credited to my original payment method no later than February 4th, 2026.
If payment is not received by February 5th, 2026, I will proceed without further notice with
formal payment recovery through my bank or payment provider,
legal collection procedures,
and a fraud report to the relevant authorities.
This is your final opportunity to resolve this matter amicably.
