I recently renewed our electricity contracts with UGP and have to say out of all the brokers/companies I have dealt with UGP, in particular Reece Brown, are by far the best in the business!
Reece dealt with our contracts and I was very impressed with the service I got. I found Reece very knowledgeable, helpful and nothing was a bother to him. Also his colleague Eddie Goodman who helped out with portal issues I had and kept me updated with how things were moving along.
All in all fabulous customer service!!
