Pushing the limit of UK Law
Purchased a USB4 SSD enclosure advertised for 40GBps because it's a few pounds cheaper than from Amazon.
Promised 24hr despatch. Took them 4 days to send out, because they posted after midnight Royal Mail then took another day to deliver via Tracked 24.
Doesn't connect my PC's USB 4 port. Ruled out compatibility issue as I purchased another generic no-brand one for half the price and works flawless.
No option to start a return on their website. Customer service initially tried to bribe me with a £10 voucher. Yes, voucher for their own website and not even a partial refund! They then started to demand 'video evidence' of product malfunctioning. Which is abnormal and strange. Surely they can have the item back and test it themselves.
Took them another 4 days to respond, again they doubled down they will not cover return postage and will refuse refund if the product has been used.
At this point their disdain for UK's Consumer Act is blatant. Maybe in their country this is defensive behaviour from merchants is normal and acceptable but here they are just asking for PayPal dispute + Chargebacks.
Selling Batteries Without Required Certifications — Never Again!
Last week I was in China and they took my battery because it doesn’t have the CCC standard. I can’t believe I paid so much money for the ‘best’ battery and then they confiscated it because it doesn’t have that certificate. Shame on you for selling such crap!!!!!!!!

Took my money, shipped my product to Maryland, I live in Oregon. My package went to Washington DC, the to Ohio then to Maryland. It's very clear that this is some kind of scam as customer service has stopped responding to my messages. Linus Tech Tips is the reason I spent any money with ugreen, and now I won't trust him anymore either.

UGreen mouse is best among price to quality.
UGreen mouse I bought is the best mouse I had although middle button is not 100% precise.
I recently bought Logitech M220 Silent mouse and it is 2x more expensive and much smaller than this silent UGreen mouse so it is not such comfortable use as this UGreen mouse.
I also had problems with cursor performance in Windows system but this problem was made by system, not the mouse.
So to sum up UGreen silent wireless mouse is the best because is large enough but not to large, is silent so it doesn't make much noise and it is very comfortable - and much cheaper than Logitech for example.

Order never received
Order never received. Seller refused refund despite no valid proof of delivery (photo didn’t show my address, no signature/GPS). Money was eventually refunded by my credit card company. Terrible experience. Not a care for your rights under UK consumer law. Avoid.

I have both the 100 W 5 port Fast Charger and the 130 Watt Power Bank. I asked for a product brochure for the Fast Charger and Ugreen product support was super helpful in emailing me a copy. The Fast Charger is used every day and both products are always in my notebook bag. A shoutout to Anitasia for her help.
I purchased a Starlink Ethernet cable…
I purchased a Starlink Ethernet cable from these guys (through Amazon.com) and emailed them (using the only support email they list on their website) and they responded after 2 days of back and asking for my receipt and order info, that now I need to email their other support email instead of service like their website says... Super unprofessional and a waste of time (especially considering they only answer at 3am Eastern Time and once per day...)! So now I need to wait 2 more days for an answer? A product detail they could've included on the listing and not had me waste 5 days obtaining.
Never UGREEN again
I was lucky to buy only one thing from UGREEN back in May 2024 — the CD271 charger (UGREEN Nexode 200W GaN USB-C Charging Station, 6-Port). I travel around the EU with several laptops in my possession, and it’s very convenient to have a single device that can charge my phone, watch, and laptops all at once.
However, after just three months of use, while I was in Cologne (Köln), I left my Lenovo P53s charging on that station and went for a city tour. Three hours later, I came back to find that my laptop was dead — and the charger port it had been connected to was also dead.
I kept using the charger until September 2025, when another port failed again while I was traveling in Naples. Fortunately, no laptop was harmed this time. But after that, none of the remaining ports were able to deliver more than 10W of power, and the charger started heating up like an oven — even when nothing was plugged in.
So, I contacted UGREEN support with a simple question: Where can I repair the charger in Poland or anywhere in the EU? At that point, I was still quite satisfied with the product itself.
And why am I writing this review? Because it took me three emails to get the first response from them, and even after two weeks, I still hadn’t received any clear instructions on where or how to get repair service.
My recommendation for potential UGREEN buyers:
if you’re not someone who’s willing to wait weeks for answers, or if you can’t afford to say goodbye to your laptop, or if you’re not a technician who repairs electronics yourself — don’t buy UGREEN.
Otherwise, UGREEN products are perfect for those who have plenty of money to spend on faulty devices and laptop repairs.

I have bought many items from UGreen in the past, this is the first time I needed their help with support.
I am quite dissapointed really. They initially replied to my email requesting more information, after I supplied them with evidence, now they are unreachable and unresponsive.
This is the last time I will be purchasing anything from UGreen!

Terrible service – don’t buy from UGREEN!
I’ve been trying to get a return label for weeks, but they keep sending confusing emails with ridiculous requirements instead. They refuse to provide a normal return slip and blame holidays and time differences.
They even asked me to film the products for over 10 minutes — for what purpose, really? It’s completely pointless and just wastes my time.
On top of that, I have to pay for shipping myself and print their address exactly as they say, or I won’t get a refund.
It honestly feels like they’re doing everything possible to avoid taking returns.
Avoid UGREEN at all costs – their customer service is unbelievably bad!

Purchased the Bluetooth Transmitter CM672 almost a month ago. I was using it to transmit sound from my TV to an external speaker. It worked fine at first, but stopped working within a week. Tried many troubleshooting suggestions to no avail. At first, Customer service promised to help --but then stopped responding. I have asked to exchange my faulty device with a replacement and customer service has been totally unresponsive.
