I ordered a docking station
I ordered a docking station called Riverdok Max 208.
When the package arrived via UPS, everything looked fine on the outside. But when I opened it, I was shocked. The product packaging had clearly been opened before: the front was torn off and covered with random stickers, and the back was taped up in a way that made it obvious this had been a return. There was no factory seal, and the items inside were not sealed either. This was not a new product – it was a used or returned item that someone just sent out again.
I contacted customer service immediately, attaching photos of the damage. Their response? They asked me for an unboxing video. Seriously – who records unboxing videos in case a company ships them a previously opened item? That’s not a normal expectation for customers.
This was supposed to be a gift, and now it's completely ruined. I don’t understand how a company like UGREEN finds it acceptable to send out obviously returned products and then shifts the burden of proof onto the customer.
Very disappointed with both the product and the customer support.
Update after response from UGREEN:
UGREEN has now responded to my complaint – but honestly, I’m disappointed.
There was no apology at any point. Instead, they offered me a €10 gift card, valid for future purchases, as compensation for a clearly opened, damaged and previously returned product – which I paid full price for and had intended as a gift.
While the product itself works, that’s beside the point. The packaging was in unacceptable condition, and UGREEN hasn’t taken real responsibility for it. A small voucher and no ownership of the mistake doesn't reflect well on their customer service.
Still hoping they’ll reconsider and offer a fair solution.
Watch out
Watch out: This company seems to be phishing for your real life contact information and address etc. They are sending out emails asking for all of your info to "because you won a giveaway", and providing a link to their legitimate website to input the info. After collecting your info they do not actually send you any prize. Dont know what they are using my personal data for but I definitely would not recommend this company.
UGREEN doesn't care to fix their own mistake
I only heard from UGREEN because i entered the genshin giveaway. I ended up getting an email saying I was one of the winning people. I was of course ecstatic. They asked me to fill in my shipping details within 10 days, so I of course did.
I didn't hear back from them and went to check the shipping tracker, but the page wouldn't load for me. I contacted their cutomer support, only to find out that they've send this email to people who didn't even win and as compensation, you'd get 200-300 points on your account (something that isn't even worth €3). What infuriates me the most is that their customer support didn't even send this email on their own, I had to check up just to find out about this. The compensation isn't even worth it and in my eyes, useless.
They now have my data, i don't know what they'll do with it, but this is very unprofessional. I was looking forward to recieve my prize of my favorite character, just to hear they made a big mistake on their end that they don't even communicate with the mistaken winners.

Misleading Giveaway, Disrespectful Handling, and Worthless “Compensation”
I used to respect UGREEN for their decent tech accessories, but after this recent experience, I will actively avoid the brand. I received an official email from UGREEN stating that I had won a prize in their Genshin Impact giveaway, asking me to submit my full name, address, and phone number to claim it. After doing so, they later responded claiming it was a “system error” and that I had not actually won.
This wasn’t just a miscommunication, this was collection of personal data under false pretenses, which could be a GDPR violation. I was then offered a pathetic 300 points (worth less than €3), even though any newly registered user gets 200 points just for signing up. UGREEN says they care about customers, yet they handled this with canned apologies and no meaningful compensation or accountability.
Based on Reddit posts, I’m not the only one (it seems many, if not all), participants were affected. Mistakes happen, but how a company chooses to own up to them matters more. UGREEN chose to do the bare minimum.
Until they make this right, I won’t trust them again... not with my data, not with my money.
Bad support, long waiting time, scam
There are several games and if you happen to win, well you ain't gonna get the gifts. Big scam. Customer support is weak, maybe you get an answer in 1-2 days, delivery is crazy been waiting for 3 weeks.

Dont order from them their after sales is horrible. There is a lot better brand than them like INUI or JSAUX. If you like their Ugreen better get it from Amazon or AliExpress, they have better shipment and if there are issues you complain to their customer service.

Purchased via Amazon, received a product that doesn't work even after trying 3 different SSD, two computers and several USB C and USB A cables. Contacted support and received a canned answer asking for my drives brand and model, they made it sounds like the enclosure won't work with some brands. After double checking the Amazon product description, there's no mention about the enclosure not working with specific brands and models. On top of that, after telling the representative that I tried everything, they wanted me to repeat every test as it seems they will try their best to scam you out of your money and no replacing a defective item. Luckily I've purchased via Amazon and I'm returning this piece of trash.
Poor customer service - Avoid!
I paid £150 for a 300watt multi charger, one of the 100watt ports stopped working after just one year. Ugreen didn’t want to know! I find it unacceptable that a unit of this price should stop working after just one year. Will never buy again from them!

Bought a charger through UGREEN authorized seller on Shopee Indonesia, broken after 10 days use. Contacted seller, responses were impolite and it was immediately clear that seller was not interested to exchange the charger. Had to record and sent a video of the not working charger, and then came the question if I still had all the accessories. I said yes, I have the charger and the cable that came with it. Then they asked if I still had the box which I had not as it had not been mentioned anywhere that the box had to be kept for warranty purposes. Warranty was denied. Contacted UGREEN directly through email, response; deal with the seller, we cant help you. I've purchased UGREEN products in the past but will never purchase again as warranty is not honored!
Power bank 'not compatible' with mainstream phone
I bought a UGREEN Uno Power Bank 10000mAh 30W power bank. When I came to use it with my Samsung Galaxy A34, the phone would show 'charging' but the power bank would then just go into standby without delivering any charge.
After contacting support I waited 2 days for a response. They then asked me to film the issue, which I did and sent. After another 2 day wait I got asked to try with another device (it worked with my Pixel 8 Pro!). I responded. Another 2 days...and they asked me for a video of the issue with the A34! I told them I had sent them that already several days ago but attached the link again.
Today I have been told it's a 'compatibility' issue with Samsung Galaxy A34 and I should just 'use another phone'. I mean...seriously?? It's not like it's some small unknown brand! Now about to try the returns process...

I ordered a 100w charger from their "EU" website that has nothing in stock, it's a drop-shipment from China. I wanted a compact 100w usb-c charger for my laptop that can receive 100w charging.
The charger never went above 70w and shut down after 30 minutes down to 22w. I had asked them beforehand if it would be able to output 100w continously for an hour and they confirmed it would be able to do so. When it arrived (after almost 2 weeks) they wrote me that it would not be able to charge 100w for an hour and now they won't accept my return. They did tell me though to sent it back but that I had to pay for shipment and arrange everything my self. This makes it very simple for me to never buy a product from them again.
Missing products in delivered package
I ordered a package from UGREEN and was extremely disappointed with the entire experience. Not only did the shipment arrive missing two items—the most expensive ones—but it also took nearly two months to reach any sort of conclusion. I contacted their support immediately, but their slow and unhelpful responses failed to resolve the issue. Frustrated by the lack of accountability, I escalated the matter to PayPal for a refund, only to have that request denied as well.
Overall, UGREEN's poor customer service and the drawn-out resolution process left me feeling misled and frustrated. I would strongly caution others to think twice before ordering from this company.
A TOTAL SCAMM, AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I purchased the charger from the website on the 3rd of December and they stated 5 days shipping. After they missed there shipping date. I tried numerous time to cancel the order and they kept declining saying it was on it way. It took them 21 days to have it delivered. When it finally arrived I tried to send it back but they told me I would have to pay for shipping to return it.
Refund process complex - don't buy from this organisation.
Don't buy direct from this organisation. I have been trying to get a refund and the process is complex. The response times from the support team is non existent and the Chat Bot takes over 24hours. When somebody finally does get through to you, it refers you to other suppliers even though I bought the item direct from UGREEN UK. Then I have to send images and there is no response for over 2 days. They are not service led - they just want the sale.
Fraud
I've ordered a charger from them, their tracking says it is delivered, but I've received nothing.
Customer support promised to help in the first place, but since 8 days they are just ignoring my issue.
