JUST GOT MY NEW PAIR OF SHOES YESTERDAY. LOVE THEM. THEY FIT PERFECT AND WERE JUST WHAT I EXPECTED

It took a long time for the order (77368) to arrive. They do not fit my feet and I sent in a request for a return label on 7//22. Nobody responded.

Quick delivery and really cute design. The fit is true to size. I have gotten lots of compliments an these shoes.
They are my go to shoes now!

GREAT SHOES! I’m on my second pair, having worn my first ones out completely. Great grip on wet and dry surfaces — comfy and SUPER CUTE!! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Impossible to contact the company.
Shoe sizes run short.
Company represents itself as based in the Netherlands but all shipments come from China.
Will not buy again even though the patterns are really nice.

My new UIN shoes are both beautiful and comfortable. They also seem to be helping with my Plantar Fasciitis. Though I have only had the opportunity to wear them a few times, the compliments have been plentiful in my exploration of towns along our adventurous path.

I feel cheated and Asked For return of Money. First they informed, that they dont't have 36 amymore on stock . I alteted My order to 36,5 of The same model. And this Time The package was Lost and we ended up on outo of stock situation pnce again.

I had to return my shoes and they answerd fast and it was easy.

Coloring of shoe was even better- more crisp than on website. Loved even the detail of the design on the sole. Great slip on shoe. Comfortable

This is the 20th day since I placed my order and my shoes have still not arrived.

I've never owned a pair of shoes as comfortable as these from UIN Footwear!! I love the fit, the style, and the design!!

These shoes are very durable, and very comfortable despite my wide feet. They run large.

The shoes fit to size and they look identical to the photograph. They are very comfortable and attractive

The UIN website says that these shoes are machine washable and colorfast. Still, I was nervous to wash them. I wore them for several months being careful not to get them wet or dirty. Finally, I tried washing them. I hand washed using Woolite and the little spraying hose in my kitchen sink so the would not be fully immersed in water. Then I set them under the ceiling fan to dry. As they were drying the orange dye from the elastic inset began to bleed into the white fabric. Then I noticed a brown color seeping up from the tan fabric on the inside. I contacted the company and was really disappointed with the response (See below).

“These shoes are so cute, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with one major exception. I carefully cleaned them according to the directions on the UIN website and it seems that although the design on the fabric is colorfast, the orange elastic insert and the tan dye on the inside are not. The color bled onto the white canvass. I used a Q-tip with hydrogen peroxide to try to remove the stains to no avail. They are ruined. I'm really disappointed. I can provide a photograph if you like.”

Since your shoes are already worn, we cannot directly exchange or refund you. But we provide the following 2 solutions: 1. We will directly refund you $20 as compensation. 2. You can place a new order directly, and then we can give you a discount of 20 US dollars. You can tell us after placing the order, and we will refund you 20 US dollars. Please let us know your options. By the way, could you please take a photo of the shoe label inside the shoe and send it to us? “I love, love, love, the concept of these shoes. I have had so many people ask where I got them, and I have sung their praises. I would love to help resolve the discoloration issues. But what I hear you saying is that in exchange for that help and my two $80 pairs of shoes that got ruined as a result of a problem the production process, you are going to send me $20, is that right? If you were the customer, would that feel fair to you?”

BUYER BEWARE
The customer service is horrible. My shoes arrived in a somewhat timely manner. I tried them on and they were too small. I immediately contacted the company and they sent me their return policy, which stated that returns would not receive free shipping unless there was a quality problem. I maintain that the shoes are sized incorrectly. I have about 50 pairs of shoes, all the same size, which I have worn for years. They are all size 7. When I ordered received these there was no way it was a 7. This company refuses to answer my emails. The shoes look nice but, to deal with these folks is just not worth it.
I will pay to send them back and paste this review on every site I can.

Ordered shoes directly from website.
Did not fit and were sharp in the back (so I did not want to exchange).
To return, you have to write an email. There is no return voucher included in the package.
Website claims that you get a response to mails after 24 hours.
Had to write 6 Mails and fill out 1 contact form to get a response.
I took pictures and had a tracking number but nothing happened.
I was really worried about not getting my money back.
After one week I wrote an email and they told me that I had to approve that I want to return the shoes although I already told them in my x mails.
Then they said, I will get my money in 3 days.
After 4 days I had to contact them again.
Finally I got my money back.
This is ridiculous and for me UIN Footwear is not a reliable company.
Verbraucherzentrale told me they sit in china and to not order from them.

SOOOOO beautiful! Fit great. Arrived quickly. A little pricey, but I smile every time I look down at my slipper'ed feet :)
