Refund not received…

I started a visa application with UIS Australia and paid a fee upfront for my evaluation. After deciding not to continue, I was promised a partial refund within 14 working days. It has now been nearly 2 months and I am still waiting.

I have repeatedly tried contacting the company for updates, but my emails are now bouncing back and I can no longer access my portal because the website does not appear to be working properly.

Very disappointing experience and extremely concerning given the amount of money involved. I would appreciate communication (as this was not a problem before my money was received…) and the refund that was promised.

I am trying to follow up my application

I am trying to follow up my application. However, when I checked the UIS portal to check my status, it failed to open. I have tried to send email email directly that was used in previous communication, but all the email failed to deliver. I have paid for the processing and all and I would to have a feedback on my application.

First of all is to understand that UIS Australia is a letter box enterprise, registered in Gibraltar.
They are NOT agreed for any australian immigration service - they take your money and give your phone number to an official MARA agent, who will make the job.
You can save a lot of money, if you contact OMARA directly.

Pushy and rude

I had spoken with them today, I always like to ensure I check reviews, research myself further before paying any money. The agent was very rude because I wouldn't sign up and pay there and then. I was told if I didn't the place would not be kept for me and I could not come back in the future. That is fine I will use an agency who understands that people like to check details first before signing and paying for anything. Extremely disappointed.

Easy to get in touch with staff

It was very clear and easy to get a hold of staff for any questions.
The visa process can be very overwhelming and I didn't know where to start. It all started with a simple phone call to get more details and it was easy sailing from there.

Too insistent

I contacted you for more information and to gain a broader overview of the visa procedures, but the agent I spoke with was very kind and professional at first, but then when I pointed out that I had no intention of paying the deposit, he was very rude and insistent, so much so that it seemed like a real scam.

I really enjoyed chatting with Tyler

I really enjoyed chatting with Tyler. He was very informational and he also directed me on what to do and where I can look up some information on how to acquire a visa at this time, I’m not able to acquire one because of my criminal background, but he did inform me that sometimes laws do change and to check back within the next two months from the time that I spoke with him
