Online ordering was clear and delivery target exceeded
In the end arrived earlier than initially promised.

Driver called me and we arranged to put load on street directly outside of house. After a tough week finishing off the job looks great.

Only issue was with 2 of the 32 sleepers being well below what I expected for grade 2. Have found a home for them but not on the intended job.

Bought from UK Timber a few times for a DIY renovation and couldn't fault them, they had advised me of my delivery with plenty of notice and I'm walking away knowing hell of a lot more than I did coming into the project.

UK timber manufactured our bespoke doors, wall units, ottomans and also our staircase. We have always been extremely satisfied with the quality of their products and their ability to create quality oak furniture from the ideas we provide.

I can’t fault these guys for a second. Great quality, friendly service and deliveries have always been on time. A first class outfit 👌🏻

I was looking for some cladding for a garden room and UK Timber were offering a good selection of materials and styles to choose from. The sales team were helpful in advising an affordable option and delivery times were very reasonable. I have recommended them to friends and family looking for timber.

However it was agreed a month before delivery date and the payment was done 2 weeks before expectation of delivery the company fail delivered it on time. Moreover it was a week (6 days) delays. If you need delivery on time it is HIGHLY NOT RECOMENDED company. My company lost a lot of income due to them delays. However I asked for any compensation I received negative feedback

Delivery periods are generally taking to long, even when local. Timber received was very dirty from storage outside, better weather protection is required.

Responsive, helpful, convenient and great value.

Will, Mike and Anastasia were very patient and informative, transport did their best but were constantly being let down buy production management.
I think it's now 5 weeks since I expected my order to be delivered within 10 days as promised, with a number of promised deliveries being cancelled at last minute.
This incompetence has cost me my guys who have moved on to other jobs as there was no work to be done for a good portion of this 5 weeks and my job still does not have a roof as I'm trying to finish the job on my own whilst still waiting for the final delivery.

Excellent & friendly service and very quick delivery. Having seen some of the previous reviews from some time ago I was a bit unsure about placing the order but my fears were unfounded. I cannot fault the efficient service and what’s more the delivery driver actually positioned the pallets in my garage.

Told my order would be a few days, it took over 2 weeks, and the end product of having planed sleepers wasn't worth the wait

Honestly a shame. I’m a trade customer and never experienced such a load of waffle! I will stay away in future. Customer service is appalling. 6 weeks waiting for an order, I call, and every time I’m told I will call back with an update. That’s 8 times now and nothing. 4 failed delivery dates. £3000 later, still nothing and not even an apology.. and… all staff are the same. They do not offer solutions or apologies.
