Uk Bowlift 

The quality of their products is absolutely awful and when you want to return stuff they make it so difficult you just give up and throw the bloody thing away as the postage back to Canada is costly and you have to pay it. They are a rubbish company selling rubbish items you can get better from Temu!

Ordered a Christmas present 21 November, it's 9th December and still not arrived. I have emailed a follow up and have received a reply but don't have any faith the item will arrive as expected

Ordered heated gloves, received std gloves that are £5 on tiktok shop not the £35 that i paid for heated gloves.
Contacted Bowlift and the agreed on 2 emails that they had sent tge wrong gloves and they will send out the correct order 😀, next day new email sorry the delivery is correct and you can return them at your cost.
Absolute discrace, i will be contactind Amex and trading standards someone needs to stop they scam artists.

Whist this company may appear to be British they are in fact based in the Canary Islands - so that's your GB customer protection out the window. They do not appear to hold any stock, at least of bedding. Items arrive after a long wait direct from China with Chinese labels. Then we come to the actual item: Specifications

There may be some goose down in it but the main component would seem to be foam to judge by the way it rebounds like a rubber ball. To add insult to injury the return cost for one pillow is £27 and then you have rely on them not finding some pretext for refusing a refund. A salutary lesson checkout the company you are thinking of buying from before you pay.

My mum ordered a xmas present for me from here without seeing the reviews
The item delivered was 100% NOT as described on the site - ordered a replica Freddy Krueger glove which was shown and described as an actual glove and piece of the striped sweatshirt in a box frame (it looked great and yes I’m a bit of a geek ok lol)
But what came was a cheap badly made frame that wasn’t even put together straight with a poorly printed picture of the glove with a striped background
Absolute p take and false advertising
When I tried to contact them to tell them I wasn’t happy and wanted a refund the emails bounced back as undeliverable and no other way to contact them listed on the website

Item of shockingly poor quality and not fit for purpose. Very overpriced too. The company is not in the UK. I tried to return the item however the postcode and address provided does not exist. It is in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria, Spain

Pleasantly surprised to receive my order which was beautifully packaged, after reading the reviews!

Ordered light up coasters due to be delivered 4-6 December. Contacted company when I saw they were being despatched from China. Received gushing, polite reply which suggested I could return them if there was a problem. Still haven't arrived and latest gushing, polite and vacuous AI reply from them says it'll take another 2 weeks, but that the order cannot be cancelled. Let's guess how easy/cost-effective returns policy is?!
I would pay good money for a means of identifying individual imports from outside Europe before ordering.

Scam company. Ordered 2 lights. Paid in good faith. Then received an email saying the items were out of stock. They offered a gift card at less amount than what I paid. They sent several emails trying to convince me to accept the gift card. Writing the emails like I had done something wrong. I emailed back, threatening action via my bank considering fraud/misrepresentation etc.... suddenly two days later the full amount was back in my bank. Having looked further this is registered as a per food supplies company. Really very dodgy. Just glad I got my money back.

Didn't read the reviews, rookie mistake, spent £50 on a scarf, hat and gloves setfor a christmas present, when they arrived i was very disappointed, they were very cheap quality, could have got the same from my local pound shop for three quid, when I emailed requesting a refund, they said I would have to pay £20-£80 to return it. Do not shop here please!!!

Bowlift is not based in the UK or Spain but in fact, China. Which I found out when I dug into the limited companies it was attached to. This is why the delivery time window is long. Contacted the company after 7 days, as no notification on the delivery time window. Received an immediate email with what seemed an AI-assisted response, followed by an EVRi tracking code. Item arrived shortly after and was of decent quality. If company had been transparent from the start that the company was in fact Chinese and that the items would therefore take longer to arrive, I would have rated this higher.

A complete scam don’t bother using or buying from them.

I ordered an OA knee brace, as advised by my Consultant and the Bowlift one looked similar to the one that was suggested. It took quite some time to deliver but it was delivered. However I found it bulky and uncomfortable so decided to return it on their 90 days returns policy. However I was told that to return it, I would need to pay the shipping cost to Canada and any import taxes. Not what I expected. They offered me a 50% refund as well as a voucher to the value of the original purchase price which I accepted. And I was to keep the knee brace. The refund arrived, no issues. However, their email saying that the refund had been paid also told me that I was not entitled to the voucher which they had originally offered. Many reviews that I have since read ( regrettably after the purchase) points to a Company to stay clear of. I will certainly avoid them in the future so be warned.

I placed an order weeks, maybe months ago. I heard nothing about my order so I went to contact them and that's when I came across the reviews. Unfortunately the reviews are true, they are quick to get back to you but soon as you request a refund they go silent. They clearly dont have the products they claim to sell and are just a online scamming site! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! I will be contacting my bank and hopefully get my money back! Overseas company just robbing people but karma comes back around you scum bags!

After waiting for 2 weeks, received an email saying out of stock.
Offered a gift voucher or alternate product. Asked for refund instead - no reply.

I was taken in by clever, totally misleading marketing, with videos showing charming little mechanical dogs, ideal, or so I thought, for Christmas presents for my grandchildren. When the said dog I arrived, I was shocked at how little it resembled the illustration on the box. It is an appalling, ugly and cheap piece of tat, fit only for the bin. Shame on this company!

I don’t know why this website is still operating when it’s obviously a scam and stealing money from people

Item arrived damaged , refused a full refund , only if we posted the item back to Canada at a cost of $88 .
item cost a lot less . and arrived in a normal box , no official packaging.
So I wish I had the reviews on here before I used this scam of a company.
I urge you strongly not be fooled like I was .

Absolute waste of time and scammers. Ordered electric heated gloves, they took three weeks to turn up and when they did they were just cheap thin gloves. Not electric and not heated.

I bought some in ear 'headphones' as described on their website. Only one earpiece arrived !! When I asked they said id only bought 1 . Yes I said ' one pair of headphones' . Oh no they said ' just 1 headphone!! . I.e for one ear !!!

Dont think.they didn't know THIS WAS LIKELY TO BE CONFUSING - because they did. There are places for this kind of business dealing but I didn't expect it from an American company . MAGA its a joke
