Uk Bowlift 

Bought a male grooming device. The quality is just awful and be better placed in a christmas cracker than selling for over £50. The package was crushed when it arrived although it had fragile stickers on it so carrier really poor as well. To return it would be at my own cost, by tracking with invoices to an address in Canada so I'm guessing expensive. I suspect they make it difficult and expensive so you don't bother. Will never use again.

Do not use this site they are a fraudulent Company. Did not honour a refund for postage for returned goods which were not as ordered or described. The goods received, despite being wrong, were also of very very poor quality - CHEAP AND NASTY

I ordered a pair of shoes for sailing £50 I am still waiting on them I have contacted there email support several times with nothing back
I am gutted should have read the reviews first lesson learnt.

Another scam company took £50 for a watch strap that arrived broken. Now I can’t get a refund

Received my glasses after a long wait. Package very impressive. Unfortunately the glasses are a complete waste of money. They are useless .lm not even going to try to return them. They do absolutely nothing. Not even a y degree of magnification . DO NOT PURCHASE A WASTE OF MONEY.

I ordered a book dinosaurs for my little nephew and it hasn't came and they send me the same email over and over and over again. It's a scam and they have taken £45 of me please anyone listening? Looking at this? Do not order anything from this company

I ordered the 3D Dinosaur pop-up book which displayed on their website (multiple pop-up dinosaurs on each page). However, I received a much thinner book of only 3 pages with only 1 pop-up dinosaurs on per page! I thought it was an honest mistake on the company’s part, but when I contacted them to correct the problem, they would not even acknowledge that they sent me the wrong item! I spent several WEEKS of correspondences (12 EMAILS) and sending photos to various staff members of what was ordered, and what I actually received… all to no avail. They refused to send the right book and did not agree to give me a full refund when requested. The customer service was VERY POOR due to what appeared to be a major breakdown of communication between various team members (supposedly) trying to correct the problem. I believe it was a classic situation of “bait and switch”. After weeks of frustrating explanations, I concluded that there was no intent on satisfying me (the customer). So would advise anyone thinking of ordering from this company to read the return & refund policies very closely! I would even go as far as saying… WARNING, DO NOT ORDER THIS BOOK FROM THIS COMPANY! You may never get it, and you will probably not get a full refund!

Everything went as planned, and I received my delivery in good shape. I hadn't done thorough research before, which is why I passed the reviews. But I have realized they have a good product. The quality is legit, good for a brand.

Bought a phone case that is falling apart. It has a guarantee but all they do is email over and over (more than 30x). They will do this until the returns period has expired. Don’t waste your money

I did not receive my item .
When I contacted Bowlift they kept asking me for the same information over and over eg order number tracking number adress.
Don't go there, I will not shop with them again.

Do not buy from this website. Quality of product does not relate to the price you will pay. Cheap and nasty Chinese goods!

DONT GO NEAR THESE GUYS - Tell you a 30 day return policy then turns out to be 14 day. Charge 5x more than other similar products and mine broke after 3 weeks.

I ordered a robot dog at the beginning of December and still haven't received it. Evri had it and then for some reason it went back to bowlift. At first I was able to email them but then I couldn't as it said it might be a scam.

MY PARTNER HAS NOW SENT THE ITEMS BACK TO GERMANY AS TOLD TO BY ANNA… WE HAVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS AND COMPLAINTS AND THIS HAS BEEN HORRENDOUS.

WE WANT OUR FULL REFUND.. GOODS RECEIVED WERE NOTHING LIKE THE AI PICTURES SHOWN.
MY PARTNERS SON LIVES IN CHINA AND BOUGHT THE EXACT SAME PRODUCT FOR £3 TO SHOW US.

WE DID NOT KNOW WHAT WE HAD ORDERED WAS COMING FROM CHINA OR WOULD NOT OF BOTHERED. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY AND WE WANT A FULL REFUND..

My experience is less than zero. I wrote a review on Trustpilot regarding their return policy and refusal to take back a poorly made item. They responded to the bad review I gave them, saying the were sorry and would get back to me and resolve this issue. Never happened,and I am unable to access this customer service website. I feel I have been totally scammed. I'm calling the credit card company in an effort to reverse all charges. I suggest anyone in the same situation do the same.

I needed to return a set of wall lights — there was nothing wrong with them, they just didn’t suit the space I had in mind. After going online and reading some negative reviews, I wasn’t particularly looking forward to the returns process!

However, I have to say the customer service was excellent. I dealt with Jez and Emilia, who both responded promptly (taking into consideration the time difference), which I really appreciated.

One thing to keep in mind is the return cost if you’re not completely happy with your purchase. In my case, though, I was offered a partial refund along with a discount code, which I felt was a very generous resolution.

I will definitely use Bowlift again!

Definitely do not use this company. Items ordered but never received, you ask them to cancel but they refuse.

I have been trying to return a coat. I started the process immediately after receiving the coat which took over 10 days to arrive.

DON'T TRUST this company.
I've been trying to return an item delivered with a missing part since 2 February. It's now 10 February. They send polite emails but won't send me the return address. If I were suspicious, I'd think they were trying to pull me along until the 14 days return period had expired

I made a purchase from Bowlift, Delivery was delayed because the label address was incomplete and when the item arrived it did not work, They advertise hassle free returns but I found it impossible. The email portal takes you to a computer with AI generated replies which take you round and round in circles until you give up trying. Avoid
