Delivery was excellent but system poor.
Delivery was excellent and the driver and his helper were friendly and efficient, but making arrangements was a bit of a nightmare. I saw no way of asking for delivery other than to my house. To arrange this I was sent to the carriers, who sent me back to the suppliers. And all this had to be done by telephone. Finally, the system showing the progress of the van was not clear. I was given the current delivery postion as mine, so did not know what mine really was.

Wrong table accessory pack delivered…
Wrong table accessory pack delivered and have had to swap over. Wrong table colour delivered even after speaking to an agent to swap from black to blue. But can’t be bothered swapping over as it will be a hassle.
