I had a frustrating experience trying to place an order on their complicated website, which shows lower prices if you subscribe instead of making a one-time purchase. After placing my order on 29th December, I received multiple emails promoting other products, but I've had no updates about my order status. As of now, it hasn't even been marked as dispatched. Overall, I'm very disappointed with the lack of communication and the lengthy process. I won't be ordering from them again.

If I could give them a zero I would!
My first order just sat there doing nothing for a week and when I enquired I was told that half of my order was out of stock. I checked online and the stock was showing in stock, so they take your order knowing they cannot fulfil it.
I received a refund and decided to give it another go two weeks later. Same thing happened my order not processing because they didn’t have the stock. Customer services is zero help, don’t even bother.
Coconut castaway deodorant smells of absolutely nothing and the only deodorant stick I’ve ever purchased that does not roll, you have to force it on.

Spend about 20 minutes on their site selecting some things for me and gifts for others, cart came to nearly £200. Went to shipping and......doesn't ship to Northern Ireland. The poster below me posted in 2022, it's now nearly 2025 and they still haven't gotten their act together!!!

Despite being the UK site they don't ship UK wide. I live in Northern Ireland and couldn't order as they don't ship here. Great job!
