Sleeping better
I woke up feeling like garbage every morning. Tried Exciteosa first because CPAP seemed like overkill and glad I did. I still have some crap nights – but it’s definitely made a difference and it could be unrelated but my chronic back pain and headaches aren’t as consistent. I’m getting a new mouthpiece in a few day and will see if I continue to improve.
Worth Every Penny: My ExciteOSA experience
It's honestly such a relief to finally feel like I'm getting a full night's sleep! For ages, I've struggled with sleep apnea, the kind where I'd actually wake myself up with my own snoring – not exactly the most peaceful way to spend the night. Mornings were always a drag, filled with that foggy, low-energy feeling and the occasional headache.

HAD terrible snoring problems

Both my snoring and AHI reduced after the first phase. (~6 weeks). Glad there's a device that goes after the root problem!
Buyer beware
Buyer beware. No customer service. I have been waiting over half a year for a replacement of a broken, defective device. I have waited many months to receive a replacement mouthpiece ordered online. The representatives are unresponsive via email and unreachable via phone. They continue to have a supply shortage of replacement parts since April 2024 per an Excite OSA representative in 2024.

Sleep better now!
I honestly didn’t think anything could help my snoring, I’ve literally everything. I tried mouthpieces, nasal strips, different pillows, you name it. My wife was constantly nudging me awake and I’d wake up feeling like crap from no sleep. I wasn’t even sure I had sleep apnea because I wasn’t diagnosed but I knew something wasn’t right.
Then a buddy of mine mentioned eXciteOSA and it changed everything. Greatest part is that I don’t have to wear anything while I sleep just during the day for like 20 min. Within the first few weeks of using it, my wife and I noticed a huge difference. I've struggled with sleep apnea for years, and eXciteOSA has been an absolute game changer. I was using CPAP before but it honestly felt like a daily battle. this device is easy, comfortable, and actually works. Device is working!
I am about 3/4 through on first round of 42 sessions. It's been very positive in terms of the restful sleep I am getting, and feeling much more refreshed when wakening up. It required a bit of time to ratchet up with the intensity level but now I am operating at 13/15; and it's very tolerable to me. My wife's using one too, and her snoring is almost inaudible! Love the device!

I was diagnosed with mild OSA and couldn't believe that I needed CPAP. I am young so didn't want to have to use that forever and am really glad I found this product. It has really helped me and I feel a lot more rested (even with two children!). I have reached to customer support with two questions and they have been helpful and responsive.

There have been some supply issues lately too, but I'm assured they'll be resolved. Let's hope so.
No support. No contact. No delivery of items.
Nearly impossible to get in contact with anyone. Even my doctor's office can't reach anyone on their team for support after repeated attempts. It's been like this for almost a year and I'm just fed up with the lack of support from them to get replacement mouthpieces and a new device to replace my broken one.

Won't honor money-back guarantee. I received my eXciteOSA device in early June and commenced my therapy as directed. The device came with a money-back guarantee if the therapy did not improve my OSA. My follow-up sleep study showed no improvement, thus I reached out to Signifier in Sept to return my device and receive refund. Signifier never answers their phone nor returns any voicemail. Weeks to get any email response. Signifier finally provided me with a mailing label to return in Dec and I received the package back "rejected, return to sender." As far as I'm concerned, at this point, Signifier is running a scam.

Technically flawed
Technically flawed. the device does not give any significant improvement. worse still the performance is erratic. the device shuts down unexpectedly in the middle of a session and cannot restart from where it left off. It fails to record so the treatment is not recorded properly. I have brought it to the attention of the company but have received no action. I have done everything they asked me to to do. All they do is send a canned reply that it has been escalated to a team. Stay away.

Three key problems:
Three key problems:
1) the device didn’t have any affect on my snoring. Others may have a different experience.
2) the device requires a new mouthpiece at regular intervals. Despite paying a monthly direct debit, this never appeared, leaving me £200 down (plus the device itself), with a device that was basically useless.
3) trying to cancel the direct debit seems next to impossible. Six months after I cancelled the payment, the company have taken a further payment from my account, despite no DD being in place, suggesting they aren’t controlling access to my payment details correctly.
Unless you’re desperate, I would avoid.

Appalling Service
This company have taken over a hundred pounds over the last 6 months, under a subscription I set up with them to supply mouthpieces for their product. However they have not been able to supply what should now have been two mouthpieces. I've had no contact whatsoever to explain why.
I contacted their support to ask them to refund me seen as they're unable to supply the goods, only to be told to cancel my subscription (which I'd already done) and that my query had been passed to their finance team.
I'm not quite sure what it is that I'm querying by reasonably expecting a refund. An apology would have been appropriate for them effectively stealing my money.
Seems likely that I will have to raise a dispute via my bank to get my money back.
All in all, a rather shockingly bad experience.
