Disappointed
Bought fishing kayak before Christmas and feel as if it’s an unfinished product I have bought. Emailed for instructions to help set it up and was told that no instructions are available yet. Very disappointing:(

Received very promptly via delivery. Unfortunately I had purchased the wrong Kayak for a family member. Emailed requesting to return. They responded very promptly and agreed without hesitation. Highly recommend and if the time comes I was to buy one I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys.

Collected Kayak …
I went to collect my kayak at the warehouse and the guys there were really helpful. We spoke about what the best equipment would be and they helped me load the kayak on the car. They were friendly and took time to make sure the kayak was secure. A very good experience. Definitely worth 5 stars. Just please put a big business name sign on the exterior of the warehouse so its easier to find!

Very helpful staff. Very responsive to comments made during work hours on the online chat feature. Any issue or assistance I needed was addressed quickly and professionally. The kayak I received was outstanding especially for the money. Would recommend to anyone!
