I recently completed a full-body MRI with Get Scanned and wanted to share my experience because, frankly, this is exactly how private healthcare should feel.

From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and reassuring. Booking was straightforward, communication was clear, and the team made what could feel like a daunting experience feel calm and well-organised. The clinic environment itself was modern, efficient, and run with obvious attention to detail.

On the day of the scan, the staff were welcoming and took the time to explain the process, which immediately put me at ease. There was no sense of being rushed — everything felt measured and patient-focused. The scan itself was handled professionally, and I felt confident I was in capable hands throughout.

What really stood out was the reporting. The turnaround was prompt, the report was comprehensive, and it gave me exactly what I wanted: clarity and reassurance. My case was handled by Arjun who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I’m very impressed with GetScanned, the process is very well explained and it ran very smoothly for me. I was looked after very well at living care where I had my scan, I received my images just days after and Arjun supported me the whole time, helping me understand how to download and save the images. On the basis that information is power, and after a garbled report on a brain MRI from the NHS plus ongoing back and hip issues I booked a full body scan. The booking process is quick, communication was excellent and the scan appointment came through fast. The scan was quite long (2.5hrs) but painless and well supervised. I had my results in 10 days and now am fully informed to proactively approach my treatment.

I am very pleased with the interaction between the doctors and the patient. The scan was very quick, and I received the results within two business days.

I gave my details of what and why I needed an MRI scan, paid the price, they then requested a further £450,I said i wanted to cancel as my details had not changed only their price had, still awaiting refund, in my opinion this company should be called get SCAMMED! I feel I had a lucky escape and would not trust this company with my health, all contact is from outside of the UK, this is not a UK company, be warned.
Update, I have now received a full refund, initially they only refunded £225.00, but they have now refunded me in full, they apologised for the confusion.

I recently went to get scanned and couldn’t recommend it enough. The staff made me feel so comfortable and calmed any anxieties going into a full body scan which was over 2 hours. They were thorough with the analysis post MRI.

After a bad fall I needed scan on my lower back due to significant pain in that area. I encountered confusion, reluctance and admin errors from NHS.
After first contact with GetScanned I was booked for GP consultation next day (Friday) and scan was arranged for following Monday. I received report the following day which highlighted a deterioration which needs further investigation. Very efficient, professional and friendly. I would recommend GetScanned to anyone who needs urgent attention. Call out to Arjun, Omar and Dr who held consultation.

It’s a bit of a palava getting to the point where you get scanned but I guess that’s to keep you safe. The scanning procedure was quick, professional and in a clean environment. I would prefer to check if the date and time I wanted was free before booking but had to ring first. Fast results - the images were available to see very quickly - the report took a while longer but still fast.

I decided to get a scan for peace of mind and using Get Scanned has been effortless and speedy. The staff are professional, friendly and put you at complete ease. Even when it was necessary to cancel a booking and reschedule in a completely different city, it was no problem for the staff who sorted it out on a Saturday morning. I can't speak highly enough of my experience and have no problem recommending them to others.
