Still not sorted nearly 6 weeks - they don’t call back on phone which would be the obvious thing to do to try and fix this , I’ve requested a refund for £86.40 as I simply cannot access my account to even check my nos I noticed they sharp replied to the previous bad reveiw I gave them very quick ironic but I will be reporting this this company to the ombudsman

As advised already its strictly forbidden to have more than one account at a time and you have registered quite a few accounts with us which we had to close being a duplicated accounts.
We have sent you an email already explaining that one of them is the account registered with the email address Lynn.walton@hotmail.uk on which you have purchased this Irish lotto subscription mentioned above.
Since the account is closed as a duplicated account you cannot access it indeed and we explained in an email that once the subscription ends with the last draw all eventual winings shall be transferred and added to the existing account left open registered with email address Isobelodonnell25@hotmail.co.uk.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! played lotto via this site. Won £10. Tried to claim cannot speak to anyone, money never paid to me.so I Stopped money being taken through my bank. I did email them several times but no response! Bank stopped the transaction last month, but again they have taken today. Bank involved again who have said they will charge them now directly. these are scammers. Keep away. You will lose your money with this company. You have been warned. Pick any other company. Typical response….. they have had my email for months. Why don’t you tell people how corrupt you are

This is a scam.
I transferred £20 to Jackpot.com from my Barclays current A/c using their 'Trustly' system. When I noticed the cost of one entry for Euromillions is £3.50 which is £1.00 more than than the charge at a retail outlet (an increase of 40%) I requested my money back. The 'phone does not get you through to anyone and the call is terminated. The chat via their support does yield a response which is negative. They asked me to to make a further deposit and update the system to paypal or my credit card. There is no chance I would give this concern my credit card details. I was informed they could not pay me immediately due to to 'financial technical' reasons and I would have to email their financial department who could return the funds but there would be a fee involved because the bank charges them.
I will be taking this up with the Banking ombudsman tomorrow. I have sent an email to jackpot.com just to keep this matter open. This is based on a genuine experience and would strongly recommend no one deals with this concern

unfortunately using Trustly payment is only possible for depositing and not for a withdrawals,
therefore we would kindly ask you to make one time small deposit with your Visa card or PayPal for example ( it could be as low as 0.10GBP ) in order to update your payment method and do a successful withdrawal request.
If you wish our Finance department to send you money there would be a fee included indeed and its beyond us, we do not have influence over it.
