Hooded top
To cut quite a long story short, my son bought me a hoodie top from your company. It was far too big, I wanted to return the top for an exchange without involving my son. This process proved to be very complicated as all the information was in my sons details, ie email address and postcode. Therefore I found it very difficult to process the return myself. I contacted your customer services and a very helpful lady called JO has guided me through the whole process. She has been extremely helpful and very kindly sorted everything for me and changed the shipping address to my own. I am so grateful to Jo for her expert help and assistance. She is a credit to your company.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. Ordered the lucky dip for the girls and it wasn't anywhere close to the price. The order contained a few really cheap items and just a couple of clothes. Will not order again.

I am again very disappointed
I am again very disappointed with the policy of the company, because I didn't get any notification about splitting my order into more than one parcel, which resulted in doubling the costs of the customs services in my country. I had many complications again because of that and it caused me a lot of stress. I sent a complaint via the form on the website and I never received any answer. Ignoring complaints is a really bad policy.
Also, the products I ordered are obviously of a random size - I ordered 2 leggings in different sizes, 11-12 years and one for 13 years. The ones for 11-12 years are much bigger than the ones for 13 years. So my daughter can't wear them now but in 3 years maybe - they are huge, like for an adult. The label is right but the actual size is not.
I love the style and quality of Hype products but everything else is just too bad to ever order again.
And this was my second bad experience, so I guess it's not just bad luck.
I wish they would change the notification system to be like Next or Amazon (even AliExpress does it) - where you always get notified about your number of parcels and their dates of arrival.

Love the mystery boxes, great value. Quick delivery. Had slight issue with 1 less item, but the lovely becky at customer services sorted this immediately and sent out the extra item.

Horrible
Horrible! They asked for the review and my packed wasn't even delivered yet.
It says on the website that ask customs, taxes etc well be calculated at the checkout... No, I got an email few days later that I have to pay customs. I did and still waiting for the package...

Fantastic Service and Products …
Really fantastic products and have ordered many times , had an issue with an item I purchased in March and customer service were fantastic they replied quickly and resolved the issue and have sent out a replacement on express delivery it’s really rare to find such great service and kind representatives especially the one I dealt with. Hype Hoodie
Fabulous quality hoodie really worth the money. Bought age 11-12 for my grandson and he was super happy with it, he is slightly built and the hoodie was roomy on him which is how he likes to wear them. Ordering and delivery was easy and straightforward and quick. Would highly recommend.

Worst experience ever!!!!
Worst experience ever!!!!! I have ordered a bundle (backpack+lunchbag) and after sending so many emails to find out what’s going on nobody ever even got back to me, not even on facebook. Still waiting for a response since April…Never again and do not recommend it to anyone! Just awful
