The brand gave a very false advertisement of what the product would be. I had very high hopes as I was really excited to get my hair curled using the product. I gave it a try and absolutely destroyed my hair, to a point where I had to cut the strip off. It made my hair very frizzy and dry. Did not even curl it well. You have also somehow managed to hide all negative reviews about the product which was why I did not have a real idea of how it works. I trust you will take this review well and mange to compensate for my loss.

Worst company to deal with, requested to return as doesn’t work correctly. Was offered 10%, then 25% and finally 35% to keep it but when I insisted I wanted to return they said it wasn’t possible as had been turned on despite not being used on hair. Avoid buy a better product from a company in the UK

Great product, company and great customer service. Very quick delivery on the original product and on replacement product too.
The product itself is amazing and for the price it's so worth it! As a hairdresser I have used a similar more expensive stylers and wouldn't want to spend that sort of money especially when there is this on the market for a fraction of the price!
