Brilliant product, only could be doing with a longer cable. But use an extension cable so sorted.

Delivery took longer than expected. I would like the drying option to be a bit more powerful and hotter to dry my hair quicker. It should really come with a glove to remove hot attachments.

The styler is an excellent product and a bargain. I find it very easy to use and it works well on my thin and lifeless hair. My original styler broke after having it a short while unfortunately. But after emailing the company with a video. They sent me another one out for free straight away and I received it a few weeks later. Very pleased with the product and the customer service.

My order was faulty, but the customer services department were fantastic and quickly arranged for a replacement t be sent. The replacement is fantastic, I am very happy with it

This is a scam the styler is from somewhere in china and does not work properly I will request Instagram to take their advert off and block them. This product is a scam! I will request a refund but I doubt that I will get anything back😥

Product returned Mid-January accordance with their instructions but only ghosting responses to my requests for the refund to happen.
I had originally tried to cancel the order three hours after placing it back in November - again, in accordance with their website claims - but they didn't bother reading my email until they had sent the product on.

It's not heavy, has multiple attachments, I use it every day and very satisfied so far

I returned the product over a month ago but I am still awaiting a refund. Their website states hassle free return, this is definitely not the case. It was an absolute pain to try and return the product initially. When I finally managed to convince them I did not want the product I returned using Royal Mail tracked. This was over a month ago but have not received a refund yet despite me sending multiple requests asking for an update. Do not buy from this company

Damaged box goods dont work requested refund but custmer service only offering 10% off asked for full refund they are not compling. Having to pay return fee plus they take 8% handling charge! Or keep goods & get 25% refund! Will never buy again
