I will never ever order pandora again

I will never ever order pandora again. My kids saved up and bought me a voucher for my birthday because they knew I was saving up for a beautiful bracelet. They bought me another one for Christmas, and then a few months later I had enough money to buy the item, only to find out the first voucher had expired. I rang over and over again, made countless arrangements for managers to call me. None of them ever kept the appointment to call. I saved for over a year and it was a only a week out of date.. now I have £125 of my kids hard earned money in vouchers that are useless... Shame on you Pandora

Easy to order, delivered on time, perfect shopping experience.
Ordered an alphabet charm, thought it was plain but had a lovely surprise when it arrived as it has tiny hearts on it, very sweet as it's my Grandson's initial. Special charm for my 60th birthday.
