Brilliant canvasses and quick delivery. I bought vouchers through Groupon which offers great value for money, although it’s a shame multiple vouchers cannot be used in one order. Not being able to do this increases delivery costs.

Really pleased with the quality of the acrylic photo block.

If I could rate this company 0 I would. I ordered pictures on 31st December 2024. I still havent received anything. I was provided with no tracking number and when I went on their website to track my order it said the order doesn't have a tracking number.

I submitted a request to customer support on 17th Jan and have asked about my order. They told me it was sent back to their company. Why? I don't know because nobody can provide an explanation. They said a good will gesture would be that they were willing to redo my order.... I should hope so because I never received it. I called them today and the man I spoke to was adamant I was given a tracking number and said it was delievered on 21st Jan. I explained I wasn't given a tracking number and nothing has been received. I also explained that his colleague told me it was sent back to their company to which he then said oh yes i can see it has been delivered.
So i said can you resend it to me then and he said i would have to reorder. I said why cant you send me the ones that have been delivered back to you and he said because they havent arrived yet. So therefore they have never received it either. So where are my pictures? He then told me I must've received a tracking number and I kept explaining I hadn't. I tried to explain further and he just cut me off the phone. Now I don't know whether I'll receive my pictures or a refund or nothing at all because there has been no further communication.

This company is a shambles. I wouldn't order from here again at all.

Photos were excellent but the stuff they send to stick them on the wall does not work I put them up last night and came down to them all on floor this morning will use sticky back strips to put them upnow. Other than this I would definitely order again

Superbly printed photo on boards with magnetic mounts. Beautifully packaged and delivered promptly. Will order again later in the year

Terrible customer service. No reply to complaints.
I ordered product which guaranteed delivery before Christmas yet arrived many days later.

Never had such poor customer service. Error strewn. Charged me twice for postage for 2 Groupon vouchers for 3 calendars. Also very difficult to unsubscribe from unwanted emails and offers. Their link to unsubscribe does not work and had to resort to contacting them again to remove me as a customer. Thank goodness, I do not have to deal with them again.

Easy to order although the photo drag was difficult to manage so we had to crop our original photo then upload. However considering the time of year with numerous deliveries my order arrived within 2 days of ordering . Really pleased with photo tile

Quick service, pleased with cushion and printing.
Only issue was the zip on cushion cover awkward as no tag on zip to pull open or close
