Misleading product description and poor customer service. The company advertised photobooks as A4, an internationally recognised standard, but delivered albums that do not match true A4 dimensions. When challenged, they claimed “A4” is only an approximation—something not made clear at the time of purchase. Despite this discrepancy, they refused to offer a reprint or refund. Overall, disappointing experience and lack of accountability.

Product came as expected in good time. Was happy with the finished product although the actual cushion could have been a bit better.

I attempted to order a photo book. Spent nearly 5 hrs drafting it. When I tried saving it, the round saving icon just continued to go round. It would not save the project. I had signed in. I have used this company in 2020.
I have had Burrhole evacuation subdural hematoma. I am retired. I rang and spoke to Angel she said to clear cache and cookies and send a screenshot shot of the issue. Luckily the project was in my history.
I attempted again to order the photo book. Failed.
Rang again spoke to Alexander who was unhelpful.
I have emailed numerous times.
Lisa replied twice with the same message clear the cache and cookies .
I have wasted soo much time. Got upset as I wanted this photo book as I gift.
I have left contact number and requested a call back. Nothing. I know it is festive period but this started on 14th Dec
All my hard work wasted.. a great deal of inconvenience and upset
There is definitely an issue with the website. Also it would not have taken them long to find my project as I rang them up next day. Gave time and all my details etc. They are supposed to be a reputable company. They do not care !!

Ordered a photo book, 2 weeks later nothing had arrived. Rang them and was told the print quality wasn't good enough so they didn't post it. I was never informed of this! Was offered a link to redo it and a voucher, when this was emailed it couldn't be opened, I emailed them back but received no response.As it was a Christmas present for my mother I went to another company to order one. Guess what original photo book turns up the next day and had been posted to me a week earlier!! So everything I was told on the phone was lies and I now have 2 photobooks at considerable expense!!! Will never use this company again.
