Initially Impressed, But Now on My Third Fault in 3 Years.

I’ve suffered from tinnitus for years, and the A10 Sleepbuds were genuinely life-changing at first. They helped mask my tinnitus so I could actually sleep, and the all-night Bluetooth streaming was perfect. As a side-sleeper they moved around a little, but overall they were surprisingly comfortable.

Unfortunately, that’s where the good news ends. After about 10 months the first pair developed a fault and only produced sound from one earbud. I followed all the troubleshooting steps but nothing fixed it. I contacted Anker/Soundcore and, to their credit, customer service was quick and helpful—they sent a replacement.

A few months later, the second A10 unit developed the exact same fault.

Again, customer service was responsive, and they offered me a discount to upgrade to the A20, which I went ahead with. But now, not even a year later, the A20 has developed its own issue: the right earbud dies after around 4 hours. I’ve been told this unit isn’t under warranty because it was tied to the original claim from December 2023.

So here I am, three faults in three years, and I’m left without a working solution—despite needing these to sleep. Customer service has been great, but the product quality just isn’t there. These devices shouldn’t be failing this often, especially for something so essential and used nightly.

I’m now forced to look elsewhere. Ozlo seems like an alternative, even if it comes at a premium, because I simply can’t trust this product anymore. Very frustrating overall.

Life changing!!!

Life changing!!!
I’ve been using the soundcore A30 active ANC earbuds -bought for a 3 week holiday with my husband. I was dreading sharing a hotel room with my snoring partner. I’ve had a solid 7 hours plus sleep every night. The ANC function plus suggestions of which background noise to choose have completely masked his snoring. I’ve slept wonderfully and he’s not been prodded awake multiple times by me either. They have been worth every penny! I can or recommend highly enough/ comfortable to wear, easy to set up

Everytime it's make a static sound

Everytime it's make a static sound . 1 week into use and it's just started making weird noises . I would appreciate if y'all can send another one , maybe the particular one y'all sent is dis functional . I saw a friend using the headphones and I liked it ,that y I ordered mine and y'all gave me a whole new perspective bout your headphones 🫩😤

Great first experince

I always thought Apple and John Lewis are the best customers service ever. But last month I thought of a change ! I bought a Soundcore earbud, then I had a problem (because of my self) they were unbelievably kind and helpful , I would defiantly recommend them.

Truly industry leading after-sales service..

Soundcore’s after-sales service is truly outstanding. We had a minor issue with a pair of headphones, and they diagnosed it quickly and sent out a replacement without any hesitation. I always recommend Soundcore products purely based upon their industry leading after sales service

Amazing quality and customer service

I have been buying products from Soundcore/Anker for a few years now and I have always been pleasantly surprised. From over the ear headphones, to earbuds, speakers and chargers. Their products are consistently high in duration, battery life and sound quality. Not to mention their customer service - responsive, friendly and effective - who once replaced a device that had a minor fault. I have had my Soundcore Q30s for years now and the battery life is incredibly long and remains unchanged. More recently, I have bought their X20s, which are stylish, and fit my ears perfectly, something I was anxious about previously. I would highly recommend Soundcore to everyone.

Beautiful customer service at a time of critical illness.

First, I want to shout out to Una who was kind and helpful at a difficult time in my life. Anker/Soundcore have been nothing but helpful to me. I can't fault them. So THANK YOU ❤️ I like mamy, literally rely on music, the highs are higher and the lows are experienced and remembered so differently.
