Really love my new earbuds
Really love my new earbuds. Wore them during a 10 mile running and 30 mile bike ride and they were really comfortable almost forgot I was wearing them. The part that grips behind the ear is soft and comfortable unlike others I have tried.

Brilliant customer service
I bought soundcore Sleep 20 and they went wrong within a few weeks. Soundcore not only replaced my earbuds but said I could keep the original ones. I can use the original ones for some things although they do assume that I'm asleep even when I'm up and walking around lol

Great sound quality and loud enough…
Great sound quality and loud enough when in the gym and trying to listen over background music. Stays in my ears really well whilst exercising. Easy to use.

Good sound quality but not for motorcycling
Sound quality seems pretty good but the reason I purchased them was to be able to use whilst riding my motorbike. Although I contacted support to ask it was still a gamble purchase as unfortunately they don't stay in my ears when putting on my helmet. So for me a complete waste of money.

I really love these ear buds
I really love these ear buds, they were bought to replace a-lost Air pod - which I still have not found. They were a Which? recommendation and have surpassed my expectations. They are smart looking, very comfortable to wear - I can’t fault the sound quality. The battery life is brilliant. A bargain at under £60.

Ive sent the same information THREE TIMES in email replies and still get asked the same thing over and over.
