Horrendous, no customer service. Ignores emails, no phone number to contact and speak to someone. ITEM bought Never arrived. No tracking provided!!

Item never delivered !! Disgusted

Item took 10 days to arrive from ordering.
Then Item was incorrect. Box stated size 43 trainers were marked up as size 41.
Now a 15 day wait to get a refund no option of getting a replacement.
Poor delivery time.
No email response whatsoever.

I am a motorsport fan but wont be using Sparco Fashion again.

Friendly email-based customer support, but ultimately a lack of investment/maturity of their eCommerce infrastructure and processes means that they are inflexible and difficult when there are problems. In my case there were difficulties with delivery and with returns, which took many weeks to resolve.

I have now have one pair of trainers (Jerez's!) and an Eddie watch.

The trainers are absolutely brilliant and perfect for performance driving (( have a Lotus Exige) and also just general leisurewear. They came with 2 different coloured laces as well which was a nice touch, as I like to mix it up sometimes!

The Eddie watch is more of a fashion/daily for me and that is reflected in the price of their watches. It's nice having the Sparco brand on my wrist as well as my feet.

Excellent fit and pleased with quality of boot. Hope they last as well as they look.

Can’t fault the products and happy with my recent purchase but I ordered in what I thought was enough time for delivery 1 week as I needed items for a race weekend but had to wait 2 weeks for my item. I know it’s free delivery but that was a massive let down in my opinion.
Either offer paid delivery options or make away lead time could be more that 5 days stated.

Really poor,
Bought pair of trainers. Received completely different ones and asked for refund. No problem, however courier shown up next day morning when I wasn't home--wasn't told.
Tried to arrange the collection without any luck. Finally after a month I got in touch via email with customer service, Alessia and Pamela. When asked if its not too late to return I was told its ok and I WAS GIVEN A NEW LABEL. Now I was told its too late. They accepted trainers back but not willing to pay the money back, so no trainers and no money.
Not answering my emails as well. Please avoid.

This was a re-order following a previous issue with the courier for an original order for the same items. The goods arrived this time without any issues. I had to purchase them first prior to having the discount of the original order processed which was a slight hassle (hence the 4 star rating versus 5 stars) but the items were top quality and would still highly recommend this vendor's products.

Bought a pair of Sparco Fashion Essen's. Absolutely love them. Incredible comfortable and stylish. Bought mine especially for the Monaco Grand Prix in May so will be getting plenty of wear. The only reason i haven't given them a 5 star rating is because one of the shoelaces snapped. I'll definitely be buying more pairs in different styles in the near future.

I take a size 10 and these r suppose to b 10.5 and they are very tight
