Fast shipping and good quality clothing

At first I was a little hesitant about ordering clothes from outside of the UK but I needn't have worried. I followed the sizing guide and all items I received fit perfectly. I love the design of the clothes, it's great to be able to wear something different and the clothes themselves have had many compliments. Delivery was quicker than expected too. I will have no hesitation in placing future orders. Overall, a great experience!

Again I received good clothes - and they arrived quite fast. My only wish is that there would be more colours in some styles.

I am truly surprised by the quality of those clothes. It’s incredible! They look better love then in pictures which is rarely the case. I am in love with them. Ordered infinity jumpsuit, two tops and leggings and I will order again. Order was shipped to Poland, I waited maybe a week. Overall great experience?

Perfekt service!!

Absolutely love this! -1 star as mine had a small hole which was easily fixable.

I want to return the product, it doesn’t suit me and it has an awful smell.
I checked out as guest when ordering as it wouldn’t let me register an account.
And now I can’t action a return. I have emailed about it. No reply

Received a jumper with a BOGEY on it - as much as I wish I was joking, I am not. Somebody has clearly tried this item on before and returned it after (I would hope involuntarily) wiping their nose on it, tag missing and all, and it must have slipped through the checks and ended up with me, yay. Since I am not particularly keen on removing strangers nasal discharge (let alone for health and safety reasons), I tried to get a returns label from this company, but they seem to be in no rush to even reply to my email. Not a pleasant experience.

I’ve ordered quite a few things from Toonzshop. Their clothes are just that bit different from the usual high street shops. Love the leggings I ordered; I get asked where I got them all the time. Toonzshop clothes are well made, easy to order and they were delivered right on time. There’s also no excessive packaging. Love this shop.

The flow of these pieces is incredible. I realized everything I bought was from the Yggdrasil collection—it seems to really vibe with me! The attention to detail, craftsmanship, and fabric quality truly stand out.

Asked to cancel the order because it didn't show duties charged when I placed it. Never got a response from the customer experience and they shipped it anyway.

It's a bummer because I had to pay 1/3 of the price of the garment in duties that I wasn't aware I would be charged.
