Bought a large handrail for £150 in September 2023 . Noticed rusting of the screws within a few months of installation. Thought this might be normal. Within about 18months the whole handrail was rusted. It looks unsightly and is a concern as to it's safety and functionality. I contacted the company for advice this month as would have thought an item that had good reviews and was meant to be for the outdoors would last longer than two years. I have been offered £20 compensation which wouldn't even cover the cost of treatment for the rail but also surely the product should have been treated against rust especially the screws and bolts row ensure safety? I wish I could upload a photo as to what I mean. Extremely disappointed especially as the item was quite expensive and took a lot of installation. I wanted to write this review to make people aware that
1) make sure you report the rust that will happen within two years.
2) maybe look at other handrails that offer rust free guarantee for longer than two years.

Total waste of money. Bought an awning and the main poles bent due to the wind. Virtually imposible to get any backup. No replacement poles available. Do not recomend anyone buying their products.

Worked great. Cleared a large area of leaves in no time

Fence post and hor, was poor quality.
It fell apart when being knocked in.
I won't be be buying any further products here.

Bought a pet ramp for my arthritic dog. It was cheaper than on other sites but I thought I’d try it because I wasn’t sure how my dog would take to it. It’s really good quality, sturdy, arrived a couple of days earlier than expected and happily the dog now uses it (after a couple of days having to bribe him with treats).

I am still currently having major issues getting the correct product. Ordered train horns and received a Gazebo to which I have now sent many photos to which they ask for more photos its just a joke. All I want is the order I payed for! Crap customer service with no UK phone number

Brought about 50ish of the vevor hand winches over the last few months. Had 6 returned with problems. The quality is lacking on some. Loose parts, crank not working, wire snapped lifting 42kg although rated much higher.

Delivery was a day ahead of schedule. The product is as described, with a few minor flaws, but the low price makes up for them. Overall, it's okay 👍.

AVOID THIS PRODUCT! Not fit for purpose. Welding on spikes are weak and split after 30-40cm in the ground. Finally got them in only to find out they are not 100mm square but about 95, so post don't fit.
