IMEX ALMA WRAP OVER QUICK RELEASE TOILET SEAT
Nearly the same as my original toilet seat but not quite else I would have rated it 5 stars. I had to change the pins from the original ones to the ones provided. The disc do tend to move about slightly and the seat itself is ever so slightly smaller.

We were looking for a solid oak lavatory seat, numerous companies appear to offer them but the UK Bathroom Store not only had them in stock but organised delivery within four days and to top it all they were the cheapest. Excellent service Excellent price

Took full payment when they didn't have all the goods. Poor communication.
Placed an order on 3.1 for over £400. When they returned after the Christmas break they advised one item was out of stock. No offer of sending a part order.
they advised that the out of stock item would be back into stock on 15.1. Since then no update, no effort to contact me.
Then my credit card bill came with the full charge for all the items on it. This is unaceptable that a retailer can take the money for something they don't have.
I requested a refund today & it's been issued but no apology.
Not much to recommend about this company

I am sorry to hear that your experience was not as expected.
I have located the e-mail that was sent out, I can see that we offered a full refund or a refund for just the item that was out of stock but in fairness it didn't explicitly offer to split the order. We are always more than happy to split orders in this way for any of our customers, especially when it's small items such as accessories as this is very easy for us to achieve.
I can only assume the ommission was due to the volume of communications that we had to send out that day, being our first day back from the festive period.
Please accept our sincere apologies for this oversight.
Prompt service
Bathroom Store has a broad range of products and I was able to find the exact toilet seat I was looking for. It was reasonably priced and delivered promptly.

You open it. You Own it. NO return allowed...
The product ( a toilet seat) was delivered as described but just did not suit our taste--so we returned but never used it. Apparently they don't take these items back. Exactly the reason why people buy from other online retailers. It had to be in original box and packaging but as soon as I opened it you cannot return.
So in summary if you are going to definitely use the thing. Buy it. BUT if you think you might open it---then it is yours, forever. Collosal waste of time and money as I had to pay to send back as well.

I am sorry to hear that your experience was not as you would have expected. With toilet seats we ask that they are left in their protective cellophane wrapper until you are sure it is the correct one. Once they are removed from this wrapping we are not able to take them back for hygiene reasons. We do detail this on the listing and also on a large sticker on the box. Items that do not have the hygiene seal removed or don't need one can be returned up to 30 days after purchase for a full refund.
