UK Bathroom Store Reviews 

I was dissatisfied overall because my delivery was taken to a store rather than given to my neighbour - as is set up in my profile. The store manager where I had to go to collect it said that high value items are not left with alternative contacts, they’re always taken to a store. That’s not what was advised on my account and if I had known that, I would have made different arrangements for delivery.
Furthermore, the wrong item was delivered so it’s taken me time and effort to contact the Bathroom Store and I now need to wait a week for a new item to be delivered. I have not yet been advised of the process to return the incorrect item. All of this has caused me considerable inconvenience and impacts my overall experience of dealing with the Bathroom Store.

Came across UK Bathroom Store and whilst initially it was the great product choice and competitive prices that caught my attention I would have no hesitation in recommending them, and will definitely be a return customer at some point, based on my purchase experience and contact with the team!
Great customer service, responsive, knowledgable and prompt coupled with the product ranges and great value.
What more could you ask for!

It was very straight forward. I needed a replacement toilet seat and bamboozled by the variety available. The process and information made purchase very easy.

Toilet seat arrived very promptly, well packed and in excellent condition. There is a problem in that the fittings were not included. The company responded promptly and is chasing this up. I await the outcome.
