Scam agency!!

Scam agency!!! They take all your personal details after advising they will provide you with your credit rating instantly for free. Then tell they are unable to provide it but then offer you other agencies that you have to pay for. Don't waste your time and effort with these scammers

Very understanding to my circumstances

It riles me up a little when I see poor reviews because people sign up for subscriptions and either clearly don't read stuff or forget to cancel the trial and blame the company.
I signed up for a trial and haven't really used the site & completely forgot to cancel due to sudden sickness and being off work. It's only when I saw the charge from my bank I realised. The company were extremely understanding towards my circumstances and refunded half the cost as a goodwill gesture (which they had no obligation to do as I signed up for the trial with the full knowledge of the subscription cost). I cannot fault the customer service I received.

Scammers

The company asks for details and payment of £1.50 for a credit report but doesn’t make it clear that it’s a subscription. Why would I want a monthly subscription?
Told me that there were follow up emails - I received 1 email that went into my junk mail which doesn’t tell you about the subscription until 3/4 down the page. I emailed them once the monthly payment had gone out and this clearly happens every day and is how they make their money and keep the company running. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

These details are further reiterated within a series of emails that we send to every customer at the very start of their free trial, providing a 14-day window in which to fully use the service and it’s benefits without limitation, and cancel without charge should the service not meet their expectations.

You have confirmed within your review that you had received our initial welcome email outlining the monthly subscription cost and free trial end date, understandably, we are unable to manage or influence the personal mailbox configurations and ultimate delivery of emails across the multitude of email providers used by our customers, including those that your email provider chooses to mark as spam.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They signed me up to a recurring payment without any emails or confirmation they were doing this. Asked me to log in to my account then when trying to gave the message 'log in details will be sent to you email' never received. Spoke to my bank who manage to close the account and block any further payments. AVOID.
