I spoke to Michael and he was extremely helpful, very polite, sorted out my issue without any fuss and would recommend them, it was refreshing to speak to someone with a personality and very relatable.

I had a query re my credit report and I was sceptical about this company wanting to sell me products. My experience was very different . I spoke with Louis who was professional , knowledgeable and pin pointed some actions for to take. His approach was warm and supportive and I felt completely comfortable talking about this issue. He was just great , honestly a complete breath of fresh air.

i've received an email saying Uk credit…

i've received an email saying Uk credit ratings are taking 29-95 from me , i have absolutely no idea what this is for , i certainly didn't sign up for it intentionally , ive emailed as per their website to tell them to cancel , i will also be cancelling DD with my bank , this is not a service that i actually want so a bit worrying they somehow have my bank details , i think it was whilst i was reviewing finance deals , so be warned this company is lurking in the back ground and it appears you are prompted to click on them as part for finance application

Tried to take money out of my account…

Tried to take money out of my account after the ‘free’ two week trial which I didn’t even receive as there was an error on the website when I signed up and it said it couldn’t complete my account set up.
Just want to make others aware. I didn’t even get given to option to cancel my free trial.
