The website listing clearly states: “Designed to give the average height person a reach of up to 6 metres.” The product itself is 3.23 metres in length, with the extended reach accounting for an average person’s height with their arms extended.

Amazing customer service!
I have recently suffered a bereavement and believe my father had bought a pressure washer from UKHS. I contacted them about a spare part for the pressure washer. I had no proof or evidence that Dad had been their customer but Cosworth was brilliant and really helped out at a very difficult time.The part was identified and an order placed within a very short time. Thank you so much for excellent customer service. I would recommend this company and Cosworth for superb after sales support.

This would have been 5 stars but I have to question the logic of sending out something so heavy and bulky via a one man delivery service. The driver really struggled and the box showed the results, perhaps next time a little thought to what you are actually dispatching.
