Absolutely poor service from start to…

Absolutely poor service from start to finish ordered 3 items with express delivery I got a confirmation that all the items was scheduled for delivery the next day so I arranged a holiday off work waited in no delivery that day phoned the customer service and they said they would look into it phoned me back and apologised for the problem that was out of there control as the delivery driver was off sick so I was now upgraded to priority delivery wow I thought saying I would get my parcel the next day by 11am and at work as I could not take another day off well no parcel that day phoned up again and got the most rude customer service guy I have ever spoke to dreadful totally rude I was then told that my 3 items that I ordered was now with different delivery companies because they was shipped from different places so I was lied to firstly by the first person who said it was shipped and the driver was off sick and it was a priority delivery I then got home and my next door neighbour told me I had a parcel down her side that was left the day before when I was lied to the day before by the customer service guy saying it would be delivered to my work when it was delivered to my neighbours house the other two parts of my delivery have only just been dropped off at the wrong address as I had contacted customer service earlier in the text to have it delivered to my works but it came to my house all I can say is incompetent customer service and rude staff needless to say I won’t ever be using tools-To-GO nowhere if you need them again crap service from start to finish …….

Regarding the delays and delivery issues, while some of the problems arose due to errors from our third-party courier partners, I fully recognise that they are contracted by us, and ultimately, the responsibility falls on our shoulders. I appreciate your understanding that, unfortunately, we are also at the mercy of their performance, and when they fail, we both suffer. That said, we are committed to addressing these issues internally to improve how we manage and communicate during such situations.

I understand that miscommunication compounded the inconvenience you experienced, and this has been raised with the team to ensure this does not happen again. As a gesture of goodwill, I personally reached out to you to issue a partial refund for the inconvenience caused. I was also made aware that you experienced an issue with one of the products, which you’ve acknowledged wasn't our fault. I understand your frustration and want to assure you that I remain available to assist further. Once you’ve resolved the issue, please do not hesitate to contact me directly so we can review how to make this right and compensate you further for the trouble.

I purchased a wolf jet washer less than…

I purchased a wolf jet washer less than a year ago only used it 3 or 4 times through summer now it’s developed a major water leak at the top of the machine where th hose goes into the hose real . Took it back to the hucknall branch and told that they will look into the issue for me I explained exactly what was wrong with it . We then had a cold spell so when I asked the next day if they had sorted it I was told that the water pipes were frozen and couldn’t test it, so l called again the next day to be told the same thing and that they had no other water supply in the building that they could use so when I said ok I’ll call you tomorrow for an update I was told by a lady that I would be given the same answer so I asked can I have a replacement or my money back and was told no we can’t do that! So now just waiting for them to contact me sometime 😡After a few days the washer was looked at and I got a call from HKHS saying that a pipe has split and this wasn’t under warranty as it appeared to have had water left in the machine and had frozen causing the pipe to burst , however as a good will gesture they would replace the washer with a newer model. So happy with that result 😊
