would not order from this website ever…

would not order from this website ever again!!! placed an order for incontinence meds, paid extra for quicker delivery. 1 week later, the meds have not even been dispatched. I got in touch with them only to find out they had a "technical issue and apologise". How you can sell medicine online and put "order within X hours and get your order in 2 days" when in fact it hasn't even been processed a week later. DO NOT RECOMMEND. people dont order medicine for fun, they NEED it. The service was shocking

After reviewing your account, I can see that your order was flagged by the pharmacist as some of the answers provided required further clarification. In these cases, the pharmacist has the final decision and advised that once the necessary information was updated, the order could then be processed and dispatched.

I also understand that you chose to cancel the order rather than provide the additional details requested.

I’m very sorry to hear about the delay with your Yodel delivery.

I can see that your order was placed on Sunday 1st March and was dispatched from the pharmacy on Monday 2nd March. Yodel attempted delivery twice but advised that the deliveries were missed.

They are now due to attempt delivery again today. Please ensure you keep an eye on your tracking details for any updates.
