No confirmation email, no delivery but they took the money. Do not trust

The positive reviews displayed on their website, and I think to an extent on here, are not genuine reviews.

This store has had my money for over 2 months now and is now refusing to engage with the chargeback. Will sporadically reply and then go back to ignorance.

PLEASE on the run up to Christmas DO NOT BE SCAMMED by this company. There are alternatives and you will receive your item!

Total scam - months later no sign of any items.

Did not communicate a delivery time frame…probably because they have no intention of sending anything, I have tried to contact them numerous times and received no reply. I have tried to leave bad reviews on their own site to warn people which they do not display. Stay away

don’t buy or you gonna get scam like me

Absolutely horrendous! What a joke, they must breach the Consumer Rights Act 2015 on a daily basis. I think the people who have had success with this company must be few and far between, friends and family, or even possibly fake. I placed an order with them at the end of October that was due 31/10 to 04/11 which still has not arrived. I have sent several messages politely asking for an update on my order, which they have just ignored. I don’t think it’ll be long before trading standards become interested in this company as it is truly abysmal. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else, don’t be like me and many other unhappy shoppers. This company could very well be a scam. I have been refunded via my bank, so anyone else who is wanting a refund, raise a dispute with your bank, it’s the easiest way.

Order placed - money taken - and then..... no order confirmation, no reply to e-mails and no reply to web chat. I kept all the screen shots and sent to my bank who have refunded me the money and started the claim on my behalf - store now disputing with the bank (good luck with that as the money is clearly shown as taken!!) so clearly they are capable of responding to someone. Really really would avoid

I purchased two mini figures as decorations for a birthday cake and paid extra for the postage so they would arrive buy 31st August and they never arrived. I have checked the order and it says it is still awaiting fulfillment. I have emailed and have not received a reply. Rubbish customer service. Will not be ordering from or recommending this company.

100% a scam. If it looks too good to be true it most likely is. That's for sure the case here. Great looking pieces and great price but unfortunately doesn't exist. They keep replying saying its on its way etc but never any evidence, been over a month now and takes about 4 attempts to get a quick 1 word reply. Clearly all the real users on here dropped a 1 star. Raised it with the bank as questions about refunds were simply ignored. Let's hope it gets taken down soon to prevent future scams.

I ordered in August and have repeatedly chased my order only to be fobbed off with poor excuses.
They’ve changed their email which I’ve also contacted and now there is no response from either. My little boy chose the minifigures for his birthday which I’ve explained. Disgusting to scam on children’s goods like this!

Ordered, never arrived. Emailed, and they made excuses, promised a next day delivery. Never arrived. Further communication ignored

Non-supply of order. No replies to emails. No response to request for refund. Had to reclaim money through my bank. Awful experience.

I just want to say that my Lego came today and they are so cool. What a great company and amazing toys. My boy loves them !

Please do not order from this website - you will be disappointed. I ordered in August, for my nephew, and when I ordered, I emailed politely to request dispatch ASAP because he was only staying with us for the holidays. I followed up with another email after there was no sign of a dispatch notification a week later - I didn't receive a reply to either of those emails. So my nephew could spend his money elsewhere, I cancelled the order. I received a reply to that email within 2 minutes. I requested a refund as per trading laws - this was not received. In the end, I disputed with my bank, who were brilliant, and I received a refund that way.

Very poor service claims very busy my order was placed 26th of October. It’s now the 16th of November. There’s no business address. There’s no contact name who runs the company. There’s a WhatsApp telephone number that will reply a day later and then excuses start I will look into it it was sent out today. Oh there was an error. I’ll definitely look at it today. Will send you a picture of the postage. None of these happen. This guy has no scruples. He’s just scamming money out of unexpected people and kids. Shame on him. I’ve asked for a refund no refund , just excuses after excuses. Avoid like the plague scam scam scam

Amazing service and quality product

After ordering I received an email saying they would let me know when it shipped but had no update on my order. After 10 days I was worried I had been scammed after reading the reviews. I messaged them on the website and they replied a day later but went to my junk. I am happy to say my order was delivered perfectly fine albeit a few days later than expected but I am happy with everything

Its a scam. I've placed an order in August and it never arrived. I tried to contact many time on the various options available, but nothing. I'd treat the positive reviews on here with some suspicion. See how many negative ones there are. Avoid.
