Absolutely fantastic company I highly recommend uk property sellers if your selling your home always kept in contact right through the sale Hannah was amazing she became more like a friend to me and my sister thanks Hannah and the team

Met by very polite people on the phone, but soon realised that theu had made inflated claim and gave me a price they could achieve but then once the process started and access was given came back with a 50k lower price despite boasting with 27 years experience, their investors could often beat the market value of property. Not sure why you would inflate the price when the customer told you what the market value was in the first place. Highly unlikey to use or recommend Im afraid. Reference their response it untrue, it was them that had over quoted, clearly too ashamed to admit it, honestly sheer contempt and cannot man up to their errors, they were also granted access permissions and ID. Sorry I wont be convinced otherwise chaps, rather ungentlemanly sport.

We have now sold 3 properties with UK Property Sellers and have always found the team very helpful and professional.

Our house was sold in 5 days at full asking price! Kevin has been attentive and helped us achieve the dates we wanted to complete by. Would recommend and would definetly use again.

I had a very positive experience with UK Property Sellers throughout the purchase of my flat. Kevin showed me the property in the first place and seemed to know intuitively what kind of place would suit me. He was open, reliable, always available and always ready to help throughout the process. I highly recommend.

Worst experience ever, avoid at all costs. Lack of professionalism, integrity and work ethics.
They charge nearly double the amount, provide incorrect information, no agents were sent for viewing, people turning up with no appointments.
Lack of basic customer services from a Manager. They don’t listen, over-talk and shout. As per many other reviews on here, no one ever answers the calls. Although website states opening hours 8am-10pm, 7 days! no one is ever available so not sure how true it is ?!
I have raised a complaint about all of the above but they only listen if you put complaints in writing so I have done that as well.
Honestly, just avoid at all costs!!!!

Just adding a reply to below reply to UKpropertysellers: I did leave the tenants details with UKpropertysellers agent via email and text so have written proof so that’s another lie by UKpropertysellers.

I tried to call 4 different agents on multiple days at multiple times no one ever answers the calls other reviews on here about UKpropertysellers back that up.

It took over 2 days and 3 different emails to get the offer amount right by UKpropertysellers agent. Nothing is genuine about UKpropertysellers, no integrity or work ethics so decided not to go ahead with UKpropertysellers.

I have written to UKpropertysellers at the provided email address like a week ago but no one has contacted me yet, so may be read my complaint first and look into some facts before replying to my feedback!

We tried to sell our house with a local agent but we didn't have much luck for months. We came to Kevin and his team at UK Property Sellers and we wish we did it earlier - all went through with no problems at all!

A total pleasure to have dealt with the team selling my flat recently.
