Getting correct info was a bit of a runaround!
Well, it was a challenge trying to follow directions/links for the info I was seeking because the links/instrutions didn't provide the info I wanted. But eventually the link did pop up correctly with the appropriate info. I had to go through two CRS's before the issue was unexpectedly rectified.

no app and the mobile site is awful
i work shifts and i live on my phone. the mobile browser logs me out constantly, photos take forever to load, the layout breaks if i scroll too fast. just make an app. please.
