I am hopeless on online ordering and managed to order and pay for 2 signs. I emailed. And received a phone call in quick response. I was credited for one and verified my order. That was Monday 15th Dec. I received my beautiful sign on Friday 19th Dec. Perfectly packaged . With an invoice showing the credited item. I can't speak highly enough about UK Signs. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with one of your signs, especially as you mentioned the others were brilliant.
The sign in question was ordered as blue text on green acrylic. Our live preview shows this combination as more subtle rather than highly vibrant, and we also note on the site that colours can appear differently depending on screen brightness, calibration, and device. In practice, darker text on a darker acrylic will naturally have reduced contrast compared to lighter combinations.
That said, we didn’t want to leave you unhappy. We offered a discounted replacement using a higher-contrast panel or text colour, which would have resolved the visibility issue, but this was unfortunately declined.
We do take customer feedback seriously and always aim to be transparent and fair. We’re sorry we couldn’t reach a solution you were happy with, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Wonky Cuts
Pretty frustrated as my slate signs don’t have square edges. I expect them to have the rough edge of slate but they are not rectangular and look rubbish on the wall near other parallel edges. Wish I’d bought somewhere else. My cheap slate place mats and coffee mats have square edges.

After just 72 hours, the door numbers are peeling off!
This company is a joke, they apply stickers to porcelain plates that peel off after only 72 hours. I am beyond livid. I will be getting a refund as per consumer rights act, goods are not fit for purpose. Faulty products!

You chose instead to proceed with a full refund, which we processed promptly in line with your request.
We take product quality seriously and acted quickly to resolve the issue once it was brought to our attention. While we regret the problem occurred, we did everything possible to offer a fair and appropriate resolution.

Damaged sign sent, rather than making a new one, they have tried to cut the slate off to make it neater but it looks terrible and very narrow on 1 side…

Good quality signs but delivery time too long
Good quality signs. However your ordering website gives no indication of delivery times. By paying for overnight carriage the expectation is that the signs would be with me in 2 to 3 days. Once the order was placed the delivery time was given as 2-3 weeks! They did arrive sooner (1 1/2 weeks), but in today's age this is a lifetime. You should state delivery time on your website.
