Do you need a beautiful handrail
The product was well made, it was delivered promptly, it was fairly priced.
The rail was excellently packed.
My only comment was that I needed to ask for a spare bit of wood for varnish testing which was willingly given, no problem.

Lovely oak stair handrails
Our experience was very good. They assured us that the stair handrails were going to be the right length. They were. The quality of the wood was excellent. They phoned us with an arrival time and everything arrived in perfect condition and perfect timing. Highly recommend the product and the service.

Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish, things I wasn't sure about quickly explained delivery was quick and I had a call the day before with expected time of arrival and the driver was spot on and very friendly for 7 30 in the morning.
All said I was more than pleased with the service and will definitely be using again on another job I have coming along in a few weeks

Great customer service
I ordered the wrong stair part but only realized that after it had arrived. I got in touch with the company and was able to return the item and get a refund without any fuss. David was very helpful and I couldn't be more pleased.
