Quick and easy process. Was given good explanation of procedure. Nurses talked to me throughout the procedure to distract me from any discomfort and stop me being nervous.

Wish I had done this sooner both doctors and nurses very professional explained everything to me procedure wasn't too painful can be upto 6 months to fully see results cant wait to show my legs off in summer something I would never do before.

my first treatment with Mr Dialynas was on 24/05/24. Both my legs were being treated, It was very rushed and nothing explained, soon as the last injection was put in he rushed out the door, the nurses were left to see to me, one nurse said to me its good your just having it done before the summer, didnt say which summer , I have had veins appear since treatment, some are new thread veins which after being treated 3 times are still apparent, these were "free" sessions, I have been back over 12 times having to travel each time from Kent to London. On one of the appointments I was told I had just been unlucky, and they would put a plan in place,I saw a different doctor each time until I saw prof Stephen Black and he did really try to get my legs to look more normal, they are still badly stained and i have purple and red marks which I did not have before treatment, having read up on the cause of this it is because you have to much treatment in one session, wish i had done more research also the thread veins i now have i believe were caused by the trauma to my legs when Mr Dialynas(who I hope I never see again in my life) rushed my treatment and i can honestly say the money I paid was a complete waste, It will be 2 years next May since my initial treatment and I will just have to accept that my legs are not going to look any better , I had to sign a document before I started treatment , so of course I have no chance of being refunded , Its not just about the money , I am just so unhappy about the appearance of my legs , I have not written a review for anything before , but I would like to say if anyone is thinking of having treatment please save your money and your legs and find an alternative clinic

Excellent treatment, thank you. I understand it will a long while to see how successful it has been but certainly could not fault it so far. A lovely friendly team who explained the procedure really well. Not particularly painful, just some mild discomfort.

Wish I'd had treatment earlier. I was really self conscious of the varicose veins on my leg and never wore anything which showed my legs. The treatment was quick and easy, with only mild discomfort. Extremely happy with the results and the service.

I never used to wear anything that showed off my legs....for context im an athletic women of size 10 build. I used to hate my legs. My friends would never understand why I didnt get them out when I train alot and have what they describe as a "lovely physique'. I hated my bumpy legs...which...after child birth became even worse. I went to vein clinic and although I found the remote reception a bit weird, it was good. All the doctors and nurses I encountered were lovely. I did have one at my review who was a bit dismissive but it didnt matter as when I went in for my 2nd dose of foam they rescanned the problem areas I had identified and confirmed I was right and dealt with the areas. My legs are not 100% perfect...but nothing ever is. However my confidence has sky rocketed as for my birthday i went to butlins and dressed as wonder woman...with my legs out. Id not have dreamed of doing that a year ago. Its changed my life....and im glad I did it.
