Overall an easy process, but make sure to have digital images of passport information pages and of your portrait prior to starting the application.

Overall, a good experience. It would be helpful to advise applicants, prior to beginning data entry, that digital images of both the passport information pages and head and shoulder portraits are required to complete the application process.

Web site is made to look similar to the UK site. It posts the cost of the ETA Visa from the Gov(Dot)UK/eta site, approx 20 Euro and somewhere on the page (conveniently not obvious), informs you they are charging you 100 Euro. They refer to that as transparent pricing. Go to the Gov(dot)UK/eta site.
