The process itself is quite well designed, but I did have to go back and correct something after my initial submission. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did slow things down slightly because I had to r... See more

Misleading and selling a product you don't need!
There was plenty of communication. It is misleading to say $30 each for the ETA for the UK. And then when you get to paying, it is suddenly about four times that price. For standard, which is 24 hours it’s even more expensive for one hour or four hours. Nowhere does it say in anything that is clearly visible that there are all of these added charges. I wish that I had been more attentive to that because I certainly wouldn’t have used this site.
They over charge for a service to fish for intel do not use
It was very fast. Jherson V. helped me very quickly. It was straightforward and easy.

The lady that helped us was great, but the fact that we need an ETA for a transit on Londen LTN is absolutely ridiculous! Cost me €470!!!!
Basically a quasi-scam site. They may actually get your ETA but they add on a "administration fee" that ends up making the cost of your ETA application about 10 times what it should cost. They make an effort to look like the official site. Avoid at all costs!
This is not the official website. It is a high priced third party.
Quick and effective services.I really recommend it.

The website seemed trustworthy. To someone inexperienced and not maliciously vigilant, it looks like the official site. But it's not an official site. The fees charged are almost 6 times higher. The biggest problem is that the person has to send photos of official documents plus a personal photo to a "third-party" website, running the great risk that these documents will be used for other purposes. I started the transaction, paid, and then realized the mistake. I didn't send the rest of the requested documents. The situation is very strange. I feel cheated.
TOTAL SCAM! I fell for this to get my UK visa and paid an extortionate amount for my family without realising it was not a government website.
When I apply for ETA together with my wife's one, I made a mistake to omit the photo and passport copy of my wife. Even if I am located outside of UK, Ms. Rubelyn immediately called me and guided me to attach the right photo and passport copy to my application or reply to her e-mail with such documents. I successfully submitted the application and got an approval for ETA within 30 minutes from my submission.
It was amazing experience and I never have experienced such kind and prompt governmental service before.

Scam alert: Misleading website charging far above the official ETA price
This site looks like an official UK government service, but it isn’t. I only realised after paying that the fee was 5 times higher than the real ETA price. The presentation is confusing, the pricing unclear, and the value does not match the amount charged. Check the official UK ETA website instead.
This is a total scam - you can do this through the official Govt website for about a quarter of the price. Don't fall for this.
The whole process was quick and easy. And I was surprised that there was a person on the other end following up and monitoring my progress. Hanna was very helpful

This site is a fraud, I have no idea how they obtained my information but as soon as I booked my tickets with my airline I received a very legit looking email about the UK visa. My family had warned me prior to booking our tickets that I'd need to apply so I figured it was an auto generated email from the airline (stupid of me I know). It wasnt until I filled everything out and paid the fee that I got a call from a so called UK number where they left a voicemail asking for more info. I found that to be extremely weird so I looked into it and found that many people have fallen for the same scam. I had to cancel my card and tried to dispute the charge but was turned away by my card provider citing my own incompetence for not double checking the site. Get your visa on the official UK site its 30 bucks, this place charges upwards of 100. Not sure why a site like this is even allowed to exist but dont make my mistake. Edit: this company has tried to flag and remove my review as being false as soon as I posted it. Still crazy to me a “business” like this can exist but just a warning they’ll do everything to try and get your real experience removed from this site.
The experience was very simple and Jovie was great and extremely helpful!
Thank you Jovie!

This site looks like an official UK government service, but it isn’t. I only realised after paying that the fee was five times higher than the real ETA price. The presentation is confusing, the pricing unclear, and the service offers no added value compared with the official UK ETA website.
Unsurprisingly, their responses to my refund request have been evasive and unhelpful. This is clearly a fraudulent setup.
