We had an issue with a wire breaking…

We had an issue with a wire breaking with our Ulike. We reached out expecting to be disappointed with the response. Instead, we had an immediate support response committing to take care of it extremely quickly.

All products can have issues. Most companies don't stand by their product. Ulike is the company that you can trust when you by from them that they've got your back.

I am super impressed and would buy from Ulike again without hesitation. Great product, great results, and great support. What's not to like?!

Device works, but glasses broke within a few uses

The device itself works. I’ve noticed less hair growth after a couple weeks. The issue I have is with the glasses. One of the arms of the protective glasses broke within a few uses. I’ve been trying to manage with using one arm of the glasses, but the laser still peaks through which can cause harm. Ulike will send it for free if I write a review, otherwise it’s a not covered and you’ll have to pay for another one.

used machine was sent

I placed my order on February 28, 2026, and today is March 17, 2026 — the package has just arrived. And look at this: they sent me a used machine. The inside is full of sand and dust, and the box is completely damaged both inside and outside.
I contacted customer support and even provided photos showing that the package was completely damaged, yet they still asked me to prove how the product is not working. Seriously?

I have ordered twice from this company and I’ve never been done wrong, my protective glasses that come with my laser actually ended up breaking and I reached out to the company and they are even replacing it for free. I would definitely recommend this company for your laser hair removal journey.

I live ulike. It is easy to use and I could see a slight difference within a month. I'm new, but I am hopeful and pleased. The price point was a stretch, but more reasonable than most for the features it has. I am well pleased.

My glasses broke so that stopped my…

My glasses broke so that stopped my progress which are not covered by warranty. Which is annoying considering it’s a couple hundred dollar product. I’ve used it for months then had to stopped because the glasses broke. If your shaving all the time to use it then you can’t really tell if it’s working. Now that I’ve stopped using it I don’t think there’s any results. However keep in mind I had to stop. Will give it another go. I did my research and the technology seems to be great.

The Holy Grail of LED red light therapy masks!

I have purchased 2 LED masks previously to buying the Ulike ReGlow LED Therapy mask. Both were high end, but I really didn't see any results. I was going just forget about buying a mask and wasting more money until I came upon an ad for Ulike. After reading reviews and doing deep research, I decided to try Ulike ReGlow, and I am so glad I did. After the first use, my skin felt so smooth and soft. I use the firm, rejuvenate and glow settings consecutively and use it 5-6 times a week. I am 72 and although I have very few wrinkles, I do have dry patches and this mask has taken care of those. I have noticed my face is starting to be a bit firmer. The only downside I see is that the eyeshields press into my skin under my eyes and cause dents in my skin. I've tried adjusting the mask different ways, loosening the strap, but it still happens. For me, that is the only negative. However, I only use the mask before going to bed, and by morning, the dents are gone. I love that the lights cover my entire face, upper lip and nose included. Other masks don't do that. I did have a few wrinkles above my upper lip, which drove me crazy, but the mask is helping with that issue, where other masks did not help at all.
All in all, I am amazed with the results I'm seeing with the Ulike ReGlow mask, and it's worth every penny. If you're undecided about buying it, I highly suggest that you do. You won't be disappointed!

Exceeded expectations!…


I bought the Ulike 10 hoping to deal with the hair I had remaining after countless laser sessions. I am shocked at how effective it has been. So much hair stopped coming back after only 2-3 sessions and the hair that has come back (due to hair growth cycle) took much much longer to grow back than it usually would and is much finer. It does not hurt, the cooling tip definitely does its job. I am happily surprised with how effective this has been and definitely recommend it to those still debating the purchase. I do have pale skin with dark hair so I am in the ideal category for it to work, but it definitely does work!
