If you choose a bank account, the transaction will be available in 4 business days.

I canit to pay my CFE bill in Mexico
I want to pay my CFE bill in Mexico. It is MXN 16,100 for two months. Ulink brings up my bill amount after entering my CFE servicve number and shows what I have to pay in USD, but doesn't let me pay. The limit is USD 500. I can't edit the amount to send either, in order to make two payments below USD 500.
Ulink customer service claims, the "service" doesn't allow more than USD 500 fo "Bill pay"..
So I am using XOOM. They don't have this arbitrary limit

Ulink is trustful to use when your family needs economic support. The transfer fee is always pretty low. Sometimes they do not charge a cent for the service.
