Purchased a short Kimono robe for my wife for Mothers day - she loved it (we had just returned from Japan from a holiday which we loved, so something little for her to remember Japan). Great fit, lovely fabric, great quality and a beautiful pattern. Also postage was quick / communication great.

The robe/ kimono that I got was not the quality advertised. The material felt very cheap. The kimono had threads coming out in the front, it says it fits S to XL, I am in between M and L and the kimono hung too tight to my body when closed. Very disappointing. While very close pattern to the picture looked very off in my hands. Very disappointment!

It took longer than expected but I’m spoiled by Amazon so 12 days felt like forever, BUT the quality of the robe is amazing. Would buy again.

I was looking for an elegant robe for the final stage of my pregnancy (let’s be honest, I’m in pajamas most days, but I still want to look like I made an effort!). This robe is absolutely perfect—soft, delicate, and beautifully fluid. The drape is stunning, the fit is just right, and it feels incredible against my skin. Not only is it effortlessly chic, but it’s also unbelievably comfortable. I’m already planning to get another—highly recommend! (My husband even commented on it)

Should be zero stars. I ordered an item back in November, package has never been recieved. They blamed the courier for destroying the package after they couldn't deliver to my address ( I receieve hundreds of packages per year with no issue). Ulivary did not tell me my item had been destroyed, I only found out after chasing them in January when nothing had been recieved.

The fabric feels amazing and the package gives it an extra luxurious vibe

I bought the kimono robe as a gift for a friend, and she absolutely loves it! However, I do think the “one size fits most” could be a bit misleading. It would be helpful if there were clearer size options. That said, my friend is thrilled with the gift, and I’m so glad I chose it.

I had an issue with a product being faulty and followed up with a number of emails. The company has taken ownership and accountability and is sending a replacement product which I am very thankful for their timeliness and follow up. I would definitely use the company again as I love their brand. Thank you

I’ve purchased gorgeous kimonos multiple times, and they always make fantastic gifts. Everyone I've given them to has loved them! As a loyal customer, I would appreciate it if you could offer a bigger discount. It would be a nice touch.

The robe was pretty but the "one size fits all" is way to huge for me. It's nice the fabric is soft, but the robe will not stay closed, even using the inside tie and belt. A waste of money.

I send an email requesting received a return authorization and instructions over a week ago and still have not received a reply.

I ordered a mask and a robe for myself! The mask is very soft and pleasant, does not let in light. The robe with cranes is very beautiful, thank you for the quality work!
