UPDATE: Ulivary is reimbursing me to get the string fixed
There should have been another string/ button to keep top closed; also, the one string that was there ripped after a day (I'm 5'8" 145lbs). It's soft and beautiful but unfortunately not very wearable unless you want to be tugging at it to keep it closed non-stop. Plus I've unsubscribed from the emails several times yet they keep coming.

Buyer Beware
Updated: After posting my first review, Ulivary reached out and offered a refund if I would change my review. The refund took 4 weeks, but it did come through, so I am updating my experience to 3-stars. If the robe had not had a defect, it is very pretty and silky material.

I purchased an $88 robe in July, In Sept it came apart at the seam and one of the inner tie strings frayed and came apart from where it was sewn in. That’s light use for less than three months, but Ulivary won’t exchange it or give me a refund. Their solution is a discount code and a $15 refund for me to sew it back together myself. I refused their offer because an $88 robe should last more than a few months, but now they won’t respond to me at all. Super frustrating - beware. I’ll never shop here again because of the quality. It’s a nice website, makes them look legit, but they’re really not.
