Order a jumper for my birthday and a 2 months later have not received it yet. Asked for a refund twice and haven't received a response.

You should never buy from this company. You are in danger of not getting your goods or refund. I tried to buy a jacket from them two years ago and after protracted correspondence and promises I never received a refund. I am surprised to see them still trading after so many complaints. I have to give wrong date of experience because the calendar doesn't go back to the actual date.

This is the worst company I have dealt with - I ordered two products on 10 April 2023 - I continue to check the shipping and delivery of that order and it still says it has not shipped as of 27 May 2023 despite their website saying shipping would be in 10-15 days. I’ve asked many times for a refund and have had zero response from the company. This company is a total scam - they take your money and then never deliver your products. Do not buy from this company. They need to be stopped.

Should have read the reviews here before... My order also never arrived, ordered about 6 weeks ago. Got the same email that it will be sent in 5-9 days, but never received it and don't get any replies to my further emails.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMING SO-AND-SOS!!!! Waited a month after purchase for my jacket as it was over Easter. Heard nothing so emailed them and got a really lovely reply from "Dee" who apologised for the delay and that my jacket would be shipped and will arrive within 5-9 working days, with a tracking email when it's close. NOTHING. Emailed them back, got auto reply, NOTHING again. Did that three more times (I'm very patient and understanding), heard NOTHING again after the auto reply. Just read the reviews and am kicking myself every which way!! What a bitter disappointment!!!! It has now been 9 weeks since purchase and my emails are getting less friendly, to say the least. Can you believe it - they're still advertising 'my' jacket?!?!?
Take one star off this rating and there you have it!! Angry???? Incredibly so :(

Placed order on April 1st.
Chased up status on 8th, they said it will be shipped in next 5-9 business days.
It's now May and they haven't sent it out, aren't reply to my emails querying about it anymore, or my subsequent emails asking for a refund.
Avoid like the plague, they will rip you off.

They don’t even deserve one star. I never received my order. They initially responded to my email to say my velvet suit would arrive soon. Nothing. Then no response. Got the case resolved and refunded through my bank. The site should be taken down.

Order hasn't arrived after a month, and I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. How does such a company keep getting away with this???

They need arresting for fraud. I moaned on this site 12 months ago and very quickly got a reply from Ultamodan asking me to contact them for a full refund. Ha!! A full 12 months later and no refund - not surprised at all.

Ordered and paid for a bridesmaid dress and it never arrived scammed!

This place is a SCAM. Never sent items, after 4 emails asked for order to be cancelled. No refund. Do not spend your money here

Did not send me my order. Told me that it was on its way and it didn't arrive. Refused to give me a refund. Then they told me they were going into liquidation which clearly wasn't the case. They have ignored my numerous requests for a refund subsequently. Beware of ordering from this company. Complete scammers.

I had bought a coat for myself for Christmas. The day after Christmas I fell 23 feet from the upper story into the basement while remodeling a bathroom. I was bed ridden for three months. I was finally able to do a few things. I tried on my coat and it was tagged large but it was small. I contacted Ultamodan to try and exchange it and have never heard a word. I explained I had fallen and broke both bones in my lower right leg, my heel on my other foot and had just tried on the coat. Heard nothing, Nadal. Do not buy from this company.

Order placed on December 24, canceled on February 9. Refund never received. This company is stealing our money!

What a load of rubbish this company is stay way from them. i wanted to give them minus 5 stars 4 months now and they have not payed me back my money. Item never left there building even when they keep telling you that it had

Absolutely disgusting company.
Did manage to get some response from them saying order cancelled refund on its way, that was 14th Feb and still nothing. Brought item Dec 24th 2022. Please do not use this company as they CON you

I ordered an item of clothing for my daughter for Christmas - it still hasn’t arrived and it’s now March. I have emailed several times and just get automated email response. Do not use this company!

Ordered loads of items in December 02 2021 and never received any of them I am now in march 2023 . Fake company do not buy from this shop
