One star is far too generous. Like everyone, my experience is pretty much the same. 18 months since first placed order, constant emails back and forth, with the promise my goods will be delivered. To no surprise after reading all the reviews.. Still no goods.
How can you sleep at night knowing you've scammed, thieved and lied to people who trusted your company.
There definitely is nothing empowering about you or your company.
Total scam.. you should be punished for fraud.

Ultamodan Ltd, as of 31st August 2022, has entered into Involuntary Insolvency proceedings.

This is great news for women. Hopefully no more women or girls will lose money to this horrible outfit. I have suffered at the hands of this sham of a business. They should have been wound up a long time ago but at least its happening now and another alleged scam against young women and girls has gone. THIS IS TRUE EMPOWERMENT FOR WOMEN- LOL" and the law is "GIVING THEM BACK" what they deserve. Victory.

I ordered some beach wear items for my holiday. Everything arrived, fairly happy, however was 1 week delayed.

Goods received (nov21) looked nothing like what I ordered. Returned the goods (Dec-21) at my cost and Ultamodan confirmed receipt of the return. I’ve since, spent the last 8 months being promised a refund which had never arrived so I can only assume this is an intentional strategy to defraud consumers…

SCAm this so called company took my money I’ve been emailing for weeks for a track and trace number with no reply

This company is a scam. Ordered a winter coat 23rd December 2021 my ordered didn't arrive. I cased them for months they said I would receive my order. After waiting 3 months I requested a refund,still didn't receive it. After constantly chasing more they said they couldn't refund and the payment system had changed and that I needed to go to the bank and do a charge back but I couldn't as it had been over 90 days. I called ultamodan they told me the send my bank details and they would refund. That didn't happen. I'm STILL chasing them and they no longer answer the phone or reply to emails. I used a company called resolver to help escalate the situation and still I've got no where. The coat weren't cheap and again I've fallen victim to another online scam company. Don't use them.

Worst online shopping experience of my life, do NOT trust this company. I purchased £100 worth of items in Dec '21, started requesting a refund in Feb '22 when my items still hadn't arrived after seeking updates on my order. I kept requesting to cancel a refund and finally in JUNE they said it wasn't possible to refund because their payment system had changed and advised that I seek a chargeback from my bank..... Banks only cancel orders after 90 days so this wasn't even possible. This company is a thieving scam!

Please, please do not order from this company, they will take you money and you will never receive a thing, I can’t believe they are still trading!!!
I placed an order for a dress in January, I’m still waiting, no dress, no refund. I have emailed them countless times, I’ve given up now, lessons learned.

These people are a fraud. I ordered an item, It didn’t come. I sent them emails multiple times, no reply, they spoiled my credit because I ordered it with Klarna.

Do not use this company. They sent my daughter a faulty item (February 2022) that didn’t even match the description. We have had no refund even though i sent it back and paid postage to do so. We have contacted the CEO through Linked In and she has still not replied. After reading all the other reviews, how does this keep happening??????

Worse company ever, they never sent my jacket and they only replied to me at the beginning when I asked them what happened, now the tracking number doesn't even appear anymore

Absolutely disgusting company ordered a coat in December 2021 payed for it which never arrived, must have sent them 20 or more emails since December

This company is a scam...I ordered a parka type coat...after months and months and numerous emails...I received a tiny package. In the package was a piece of red string...when I went back to tracker quess what it said...order shipped and received...a piece of red string. Which I might add is not an item that they sell...so someone physically had to post that to me all the way from china...I tried to log a complaint but they dont let you. So I contacted my credit card company and sent them copies of every email...ultamodon asked for photos of the string. They apologized. The credit card company did a charge back...I was refunded my money from the credit company. Ultamodan refused to refund my money saying I received my purchase...STAY WELL CLEAR

I ordered two items the same day (separate transactions) in Feb 2022. After I ordered I read their reviews & they were terrible.I called them to cancel, no response. I emailed, they kept putting me off with a different excuse every time. I didn't say ok, I wanted a refund they never even mailed them. Now it's Aug 2002...6 months later, I call Klarna, I get a big run around.I need to prove I never received them. How did I do that? I never even got a tracking number to show it wasn't sent. Klarna makes so much money but they rather have bad feedback instead of standing behind their promise of refunding customers money if company never sends items? A little over 100.00. I just read more reviews of Ultamoden, people have complained about this same problem happening to them & yet Klarna doesn't cut ties with them? The almighty dollar wins again. Just wow.

I bought a coat last year , they postpone my order as much as they could. The coat was never delivered and I never got my money back. Then they sent me a email that they declared bankruptcy. They are scammers. Never buy from them.

I requested a refund in December 2021, after SIX months of e-mailing & being ignored, they advised me in June 2022, they would issue a credit note. Surprise surprise, another THREE months on and NO credit note

I placed an order with this company in September 21. They failed to provide the item I ordered and then advised that they could not supply it at the original price but I could reorder it at a higher price. Sadly I was taken in by their request and reordered it at the higher price. I have NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM nor the refund I requested. They promise a refund but never send it. Do not be taken in by the company.

I have been waiting for this order since January. I have asked for a refund repeatedly. The only reply I get from them is that it is being prepared and will shortly be dispatched.
This is the worst company that I have ever made a purchase from. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!
