I have made 1 deposit and 1 winning…

I have made 1 deposit and 1 winning trade in this site and the next day they just deducted my winnings saying that I my trading involve risk-free arbitrage. I was trying to understand how exactly I have violated their T&C but just a generic template have being sending to me over and over again. They blocked my account and told me that I can speak with the account manager. No manager reached me out, no explanation received, winnings deducted and terminated account! Very poor broker!

I have found it difficult to withdraw…

I have found it difficult to withdraw my funds from this company, and their support service has been very poor. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Getting to know #Crop#mines.........# has been the best option as they pay steadily without any problem.

Ultima very unprofessional

Ultima Markets revoked access to my trading account on 11 March 2026, indicating that this was triggered by the account submitting numerous operation commands and allegedly overloading their server via an Expert Advisor (EA).

Despite repeated follow-ups over the past month, we have not received a clear, detailed, or satisfactory explanation of the transaction(s) that triggered this internal event, nor clarity on the current status of our account balances thereafter.

Instead, this has become a highly concerning situation. While our Account Transaction History Statements reflect a total balance of approximately $15,209.00 across four accounts, while the Client Dashboard reflects a zero balance, with no funds available for use or withdrawal.

If this issue is not resolved within seven working days, I will escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authorities.

1 Post Onboarding Entity Reassignment Regulatory Switching

My account was onboarded under a Mauritius FSC regulated framework Global Business Company GB structure used to establish trust

This creates a clear contradiction

2 FSC Mauritius Regulatory Clarification 24 April 2026

Financial Services Commission FSC Mauritius stated Investment Dealer license holders are not permitted to act as liquidity providers unless they hold an Investment Banking Licence

If Ultima Markets is acting as counterparty B Book internalizing trades and benefiting from client losses this may fall outside permitted activities and raises serious regulatory concerns

Ultima markets is providing liquidity to an unregulated branch (SVG) using Mauritius-licensed infrastructure (My MT5 ), violating the FSC clarification dated April 24, 2026

The broker fails to provide a consistent legal entity for my MT5 account, switching between Mauritius and SVG at their convenience. This makes it impossible to know who is legally responsible for your funds. I am flagging this as a breach of the fundamental transparency standards required by the FSC, as clients are being misled about the regulatory jurisdiction governing their capital, and FSC knowledge My MT5 account under Mauritius entity base on (5 March 2026 documented).

Including FSC Mauritius The Way They handled My Case after they notice My MT5 under Mauritius entity and they still relay on Ultima markets SVG submissions.

Brokers configure different MT5 servers for different regulatory entities as even Ultima market UK has its own MT5 display showing UK entity (The Complain Team mention every Ultima Markets Entity operating separately which I proved is false by MT5 display which is under Ultima Mauritius entity)

If your MT5 server displays Mauritius but the broker claims you are under SVG, they are creating a digital deception. They use the Mauritius server to build your trust (because Mauritius is a regulated jurisdiction), but then they claim your contract is governed by SVG (which is unregulated) to deny you liability or protection.

This network including Malaysian telegram promoter channels is being documented for submission to Securities Commission Malaysia SC and Polis Diraja Malaysia PDRM

4 Immediate Actions for Affected Traders

Act immediately and do not rely on the broker to provide evidence only Generatic emails

Extract MT5 data including server entity and Mauritius GBC details
Preserve MT5 logs to verify counterparty activity
Save all communications and onboarding materials especially the client application.

Verify whether trades were executed against the broker
Cross check entity used in dispute vs onboarding

Submit complaint to FSC Mauritius referencing 24 April 2026 clarification
Report to Securities Commission Malaysia SC if Malaysian
Escalate to PDRM if misrepresentation or inducement is involved

Time is critical delays reduce evidence availability

Conclusion

This case shows a serious failure in transparency and regulatory consistency

A broker that presents one entity during onboarding and another during disputes while potentially acting outside its license creates high risk for traders

All evidence including MT5 logs entity records and recruitment network details is being compiled for submission to regulatory authorities

Traders should proceed with extreme caution
