Worst broker ever. Unfortunately, zero stars is not an option.
I started trading with Ultima by depositing around $100, which I eventually lost. I then deposited another $100 and started to recover and make some profits.
After some time, I decided to withdraw part of my balance. The withdrawal process was very slow and stuck on “processing,” so I contacted support and asked to cancel it. They cancelled the withdrawal.
Shortly after that, my account was restricted due to “account activity.” I contacted support again, and they told me there was nothing wrong with my account and that the restriction would be removed. They also said everything should be fine and that no suspicious activity had been detected.
The next day, about $380 was withdrawn from my account by Ultima. I then received an email claiming my trading involved “risk-free arbitrage” and violated fair trading rules, harming other investors. I don’t understand these accusations and was given no evidence or clear explanation.
I was told to withdraw the remaining funds before my account would be terminated. I withdrew $209, and after that I could no longer log in to my account.
When I contacted support again, they said my account was under review due to the cancelled withdrawal, but they provided no clear details. My profits were deducted and my account was deactivated without any proof or transparent explanation of the allegations.
All my trades were done manually on my phone based on price action and market structure.
It honestly feels like a scam — you are welcome as long as you lose, but once you start recovering or making profits, your account gets restricted and funds are taken.
Update: 27/April
I still didn't get human understandable answer, just generic answers generated by AI to create more confusing.
I have been asking for details and evidence but I got nothing. My account is terminated and I can no longer access Ultima or get records of my trades
This is the answer from Ultima and I am not able to understand it or the meaning of the word certain activities

I am writing to formally report a serious issue with my IB account. For approximately one month, I was able to withdraw IB profits regularly. Over the past week, I did not withdraw, and my balance accumulated to approximately $5,600.

Ultima is scamer uid is 1113234 they deducted my IB profit of 5500$ without any reason even I was not trading also I received IB commission total 5500$ in last few weeks but they deducted all the funds and make it zero when I complain it to the broker and manager they said we will not pay you. When I asked them reason they said you are not trading you just enjoying with IB commission is this the way of talking they want I should trade and loss that amount. Please stay away from this broker.
No response from them after that
Update- today 23 April Again they threatened me to remove my review . Manager said he will give me 500$ if I remove my review but I need my all funds back which was 5600$

Ultima is a fraud broker I got IB commission of of 5230$ for promoting Ultima but they deducted all the amount and block my account. When I ask about this to my manager Name is Sahil he threatened me and also abused me. Customer service not replied about my deducted funds. Ultima is a fraud broker stay away from this broker if you wana safeguard of your funds. Don't trade on ultima. Uid is 1113234

To the Ultima Team: I am repeatedly resubmitting this complaint because you have yet to resolve the issue. My account number is 19618079. I executed 8 "Sell" orders on XAUUSD at a price of 4709, with a Stop Loss set at 4719; each order was for 0.1 lots. (Under normal circumstances, I should have incurred a loss of only 100 pips—equivalent to -$98—per order, resulting in a total loss of 8 orders × -$98 = -$784.) However, the broker executed my stop-loss orders at an excessively high price of 4747.56 (causing each order to incur a loss of 380 pips—equivalent to -$386—for a total loss of 8 orders × -$386 = -$3,088). Their proposed solution is simply to blame "market volatility." If that is the case, then the broker's provision of a Stop Loss feature—intended to protect capital—serves absolutely no useful purpose. It implies that any trader holding positions similar to mine runs the risk of having their account wiped out (margin call), even if they have set a Stop Loss, as the broker will simply attribute the outcome to market volatility. In comparison, other brokers such as VT Markets or Vantage have never exhibited such behavior, nor do they constantly shift the blame onto market conditions. Anyone currently partnering with Ultima should exercise extreme caution regarding this broker; Ultima’s platform offers no protection to its clients and operates in a manner akin to a scam.

Dear Ultima Team , I am putting my complaint again and again because you are not able to resolve it . My mt5 account number is 26408780. My account was debited by 1625 dollars on 21 st march 2026, without my knowledge. How and where this has gone? For last 8 days you are not able to identify it . This forces me to think that money was debited by your team in Ultima account. If I am wrong , kindly let me know the truth. It means all customers accounts are in danger from you people who are scammers.

What was supposed to be automatic and quick took 4 days (considering only business days) and I had to rely on the originating brokerage to retrieve the data that Ultimamarkets was requesting, even though, in the first contact, the representative told me that everything was fine and that the deposit would be credited within 2 business days. Through email contact, support finally released the deposit to my account, for which I am grateful, but honestly, I hope I don't have to go through this again
